I had never been to a Shake Shack before, So I stopped in for a quick Burger and Shake. The burger and shake both were decent!. The burgers are smash patty style so get a double!
Disgusting chicken. Looked nothing like what’s at any other Shake Shack location much less what’s on the app. Tasted like sand coated multi-times warmed over chicken first fried at least a day before. Customer service refused to do anything but offer a minimal credit (less than what the item cost) for a future visit.
The staff are so humble and helpful. I asked him a question are y'all hiring he said yeah . I love to be a part of the shake shack. I recommend the burgers are amazing 🤤
Shake shack food is always good. First time I ordered a hot dog and it was great. The Oreo cookie shake tasted amazing. The restaurant is almost always dirty. I’ve been to this location multiple times and there are always napkins on the floor and isn’t very clean.
Fresh, great tasting and great veggie options!
Food was as usual, decent. The staff was cold and didn't even respond to a question I had and just pointed me to the self order kiosk. They were at least 5-6 staff standing around and too busy talking to themselves. I was the only customer too at that time. Strange!
Pretty good SS location. But the cashier messed up my order. I asked for a chicken sandwich plain. They gave me a sandwich with mayo, lettuce and everything on it. Also, the wait time for the initial mess up took 45 minutes. This is with 12 people working in the kitchen and 4 customers. Strange how chick fil a can push 50+ customers every 20 mins but shake shake cant handle 4 people in 45 mins. Burger was dry and burned meat with an odd tasting spice that leaves a bad aftertaste. I think this is how shake shack makes burgers in NJ too. If management is reading this, Red Robin has the gold standard for absolute best burgers ever made. Juicy and flavorful with a delicious bun. Match RRs burgers and you will have a 5 star rating from me. Fries were good. Chicken sandwich was good, but not as good as cfa, popeyes or wendys. About equal with mcd's. Iced tea was good. Better than mcd's, but not as good as Red Robins raspberry tea. Prices are way too high especially for burned dry burgers. For less than this price i can get a much tastier meal at Red Robin, Burger King, or Boston Market. Our meal today came to more than $60 for 4 meals with 3 drinks. Restroom was nasty with wet pee on floor, used surgical gloves on floor, dried pee on toilet seat, dirty toilet paper on floor, dirty diaper paper left on changing table. But it was a lot cleaner than a public port-q-potty. Caution! If you eat in the outside dinning area using the back exit, the door will lock on you and trap you outside with the only way back inside will be through the front door. Also, if u eat in the outside dinning area, random pedestrians will walk through the seating area as a shortcut to walk around the block. This is dangerous since i saw 4 homeless panhandlers/drug addicts loitering in this area asking for money while people are sitting and eating. Not sure if there are theft crimes here, but probably safer to eat inside. Pros: Pretty good chicken sandwich Lots of seating inside Lots of employees Plastic straws (plant based, way better than paper) Fries and buns are tasty Iced tea is ok Free water Cons: Way too expensive for what u get Super slow food prep time, especially given they have 12 plus working the kitchen Disgusting dirty restroom Back door to outdoor dinning locks u out Unsafe outdoor dinning Homeless/panhandlers/addicts loitering Burgers are burnt and dry w/bad aftertaste Absolutely no free parking and good luck finding any parking available nearby Cashier messed up my simple order (plain - it means nothing but meat and bread.. he put everything on it) Cashier also messed up 2 other customer orders while i was waiting 45 mins for my food.
Ordered couple of chicken dishes. For some reason both the items were bitter in taste as much as that we were not able to finish the food. Moreover, it was comparatively expensive than other fast food joints.

Best customer service Iâve ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. They have 3 of the best staff members ever. Theyâre there every day the same 3 employees and they never have an attitude or anything.
I must admit that I didnât expect even the salad served at Thunder Burger to be quite well done! I definitely appreciate all of the hard work that went into making the food look and taste good. Not to mention that the names of the dishes and drink
