I have been attempting to contact them for the last year to resolve an outstanding payment and rather than respond they referred my account to a collection agency who also didn’t contact me & it’s now on my credit report. The balance isn’t even correct and I’ve gotten one reply asking for my last name then nothing. They’ve had three different property managers in the last year that says it all. I would like corporate to contact me.
This is an RV park you rent a space with your motorhome or RV and that's where you stay. I love the atmosphere and the services it provides as far as the swimming pool restrooms and showers nice
This place was amazing!!! They had back-ins and pull throughs, perfect for my 44ft trailer. They had a pool and beautiful laundry rooms. It was going to be a temporary stay and turned into long term. I am very sad to leave, Ashley was great and she makes the community great!
They are very welcoming and helpful. Their facility has a pool, jacuzzi, laundry, dog park just to name a few. I'm currently staying under a shaded pull thru and it's stays pretty cool up until the end of the day when the sun comes down. There are families that stay here with small children everyone keeps it safe and kids are able to ride and play on their bikes. But the facility stays pretty clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this place.
The staff here are AMAZING!! The location not so great but the actual park is gated. But it's right across from the train tracks and less than 2 miles from the homeless shelter. I suggest to bring a loud fan to drown out the train horn.
Stayed at Shaded Heaven RV park on a road trip from Washington to Arizona and it did not disappoint. This was by far one of the nicest parks that we stayed at on our trip. Not only was it convenient for our travel plans, but also the sites were very well maintained and clean, the pool was great for the kids, washers and dryers were a lifesaver, and the people were very friendly. After a few long days of traveling knowing this park was on our route with all the services/amenities we would need and, that it was very safe, was a huge relief. Will definitely be planning on staying at Shaded Heaven on our next trip.
I was lucky to find this place!
After a long, difficult drive, they were super welcoming (even though I didn’t have a reservation).
Hannah checked me in and escorted me to my spot. Nice and quiet (except for the occasional trains) 😊
So nice to be able to get set up after dark without struggling. The sites are pull through and the services are easy to access.
The brand new bathroom was a nice bonus.
I was very comfortable here and would love to stay again when I come back this way.
We stayed at Shady haven for two months this Summer, 2019.They have a nice laundry room with coin services on site. The bathrooms were always clean and smelled good. The pool and hot tub were amazing even on a summer night! The pool is shaded during the summer days to help keep it nice and refreshing. The service at this camp ground is AMAZING! The staff is always very friendly and helped with anything we needed! They even let us borrow a ladder to clean our roof!
Monthly: Our site included water and sewage. We paid electric based off of our meter. You do need to pay electric separately to the camp ground staff. They have propane on site!
Dogs are welcome. They usually have a rule about 2 dogs but made an exception for the 3 we have. Dogs are to be on a leash at all times but they do have a beautiful 15 yard by 30 yard off leash dog park area. It is even lit at night! They provide bags in this area as well so if you forget yours they have them handy. Pick up your poop, there is a fine if you don’t!
Stayed there last night. This is a really great park. Very clean and convenient to the I5, but without the noise from the I5. The price was really good - we paid more the night before for a parknthat wasn't even in the same league as River Run. Th
Great place to live front desk management are all helpful and professional conducting daily business my concern is that people here have issues not being responsible for their laundry 𧺠they ignore the posted signs ð¡ð¡ð¡
Stopped for dinner in Bakersfield on our way to San Jose. We enjoyed some pupusas - shrimp for hubby & loroco (squash flower) for me. The chicken tamal was very fluffy and had more of a spongy texture. The plantain empanadas were very rich and creamy
