I agree with the reviewer, who said that this hotel is underrated. It was clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the neighbourhood is clean and safe ( this was especially important for me as a woman travelling alone). It is located near the airport but also very near supermarkets, at least two gas stations ( important if you need to fill up before returning a rental car) and various other stores and restaurants. The whole impression that one gets is that the owner and staff care about the place and the customers. This hotel is no frills place but a good deal
Location is convenient, but extremely loud. Planes and trains going by at all hours of the day and night. Cleaning carts and suitcases rolling by in the early hours. Rooms are dated, beds are not the comfiest. We had 2 rooms and both had little ants crawling everywhere. Our rooms were not cleaned at all in the 5 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was ok, but exactly the same every day. Would not return ..
Location of the lower (East side) of the building is closed to railroad tracks and Bart train passing every 30 minutes bursting its horn and rumbling track noise aside my room was not cleaned properly before me checking in.|Hair on the bathroom floor, used Q tip on the vanity was sure sign of neglected attention even though beds were clean and nice and surprisingly A/C was very quiet.|I am a BW Diamond Select member and stay only at BW locations. |The only reason you may choose this one due to its convenient distance to SFO airport (1.2 miles) but there is another BW Plus even closer than this one to the airport. If I had to stay overnight at the area next time I'll choose the BW Plus on the E side of the highway 101.|Employees were very nice and helpful and breakfast was also nice too.
This hotel was nothing special, when considered as a 3 star. Rooms were standard but below average. Beds and pillows were okay. One of the chairs in my room was broken. The wall mounted shampoo bottle on the shower was empty, which was very unhelpful. Tea and coffee in the room were standard. The coffee was a C-. They have a gym. It was okay for a workout, but minimal. There was a small pool that was fine and the kids enjoyed. They advertise a cafe in the rooms, but it was closed and the front desk said it was permanent closure. There is a large patio area with a good amount of seating above the pool area. The breakfast was a bit below average for a similar hotel. Hot foods were fine, but the sides were poor in quality and quantity. The drinks were also okay, but just not as good as usual. Coffee here was better, but not great. Location is convenient being by the airport, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also 8 blocks from the train if you want to go into downtown. It's a bit far to carry luggage from there to the hotel, but you will save a ton over an uber if you use that to get to the terminal. If you have a group, then a private care is preferable.
We stayed here many times in the past, last time was about five years ago. |The quality has gone down hill. |We were surprised by a $15 charge to park our car for the night. I did not see that on the website so it might be my fault, but think about it: you get a hotel room but parking is not included in the room cost?|The room was pretty bare as in no pen or paper or any of the usual things. It seemed sort of “tired” and not as cheery as in the past. |No restaurant or bar anymore and breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30 now. |The room was big enough, refrigerator and coffee maker and easy chair. Enough plugs for charging. |No more airport shuttle but they do give you a $30 voucher towards taxi or UBER. |I hate to say it but next time we will look elsewhere. Remember to add $15 to your expected room cost.
This is a good hotel to stay in if you're visiting the Bay Area, but there are a few issues. The "Cafe" is only open for hotel breakfast. There are no elevators to get up to the second floors, and there were ants all over our room! Also, the staff in the cafe were just chatting and not paying attention to anybody around them! When I finished getting my food, they were just blocking the way to the seats, and they didn't notice I was there and waiting for them to move until 2 entire minutes later! I'm sure this doesn't apply to all people, but please take awareness of these factors.
I stayed for one night. The hotel's biggest selling points are it's location to SFO and it's price. It's really more like a big motel than anything. The front looks nice, but it hides two building that were probably converted from apartment buildings. I stayed in one of these buildings, and the room was showing it's age. This place is best for someone looking for a room for a night, or on a budget. Others may want to look elsewhere.
Always a good stay .. great breakfast choices - eggs bacon sausage - cereals , fruit , sure to find something for everyone in the family. Nancy always takes care of us here, much appreciate the service ! The pool and jacuzzi are much appreciated on a nice day. Close to Trader Joe’s , lots of restaurants and the airport is just 10 minutes away!

My husband and I stayed here during our weekend trip to San Francisco. It was a very good deal. We had no initial deposit for our 3 day stay, and we had free breakfast every morning! The cleaning ladies are so nice and had the room clean with towels

I really felt weird that your waitress, a sweet and beautiful girl makes a disgruntled face and is being sassy. Like she was doing me a favor. No offense, but I came here to enjoy the food and have a good time, not to see why I'm getting a wrinkled f
