Had such a great vacation here!! The beach front view is AMAZING. Would love to give 5 stars but one of the pools was closed the whole week we were there so the one open was always crowded. But besides that it was great! Loved how short the walk was to get down to the beach and it has several rinse off showers. There are a bunch of carts to bring your luggage in and they are right next to the garage.

We have had the most sensational time ever. We absolutely loved the location and amenities. We hope to get to stay here every year from here on out. Thank you for a fantastic trip. Beautiful views. Beach service was great. Love that Schooners is next door. Love love love.

The entire experience was great. When I enquired in January about a condo; Kelly with|Best in PCB was only person to ask what my specific needs were.|She recommended 704 at Seychelles and it was perfect. The view from the balcony faced the gulf. The pool was directly below so we could see grandsons.|704 has bunk beds in the hallway, a bedroom with king bed and hideaway bed in the sofa.|This condo is close to elevator but there is no noise.|Kelly is quick to answer text messages and has extensive knowledge.|There is a 3 story parking deck with allowance for one car. You can park additional vehicle across Thomas Drive.|On any return trips we will house Kelly

Our condo was very dirty, outlets that did not work, ice maker water turned off, sofas very old and uncomfortable, mattresses on twin bunks almost flat … kitchen dishes almost nil, 2 out of the 4 were dirty. Toaster worked sometimes. Light in microwave and oven did not work . Balcony furniture cheap. All calls to management were fruitless. Met many others in different condos with more complaints.. no hot water in washer , no knives, we had little to no condiments, 1 plastic wine glass. etc. Ours was #1804. Would not stay in a Vacasa facility ever again. I’m sure the photos were taken when the condo was new many years ago. Renters be warned.

Do not stay here, certain owners believe they have power over summer vacationers. We stayed here in June 2024 and had security telling children in the pool they can't throw a ball, one security officer asked them if they were stupid. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

From the moment we checked in, it has been wonderful. Check in was Seamless. They send the code to the room to your phone. Parking pass and arm bands were in our room upon arrival. We stayed in Unit 1808. The room was beautiful, clean, updated. Unbelievable views of the Gulf with the most amazing sunsets you will ever see anywhere. This is my 2nd or 3rd time staying in this building. We stayed here before in the early 2000's. Would def stay in this building and Unit again.

We stayed in #702. Everything was perfect. The condo was spotless. We had everything we needed. The staff is terrific.

We stayed on the 15th floor in a 1 bedroom condo for 8 nights. It was a wonderful experience. The unit was spacious for our family of 4. We slept in the king bedroom with our own bathroom. One of our kids slept on the bunk beds and another on the sofa bed. They had their own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and was a nice size. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking and the balcony was large. |A couple issues-the toaster was broken and there was a lightbulb out. We contacted Vacasa and they replaced the toaster and lightbulb promptly. The floors could use a good mopping and deep cleaning of carpets. If you walked around without shoes, your feet would get dirty. |Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels and extra towels as they do not supply that many.|Also bring laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent because only a minimal amount was supplied. The washer and dryer in the unit were so handy and we used them almost daily! |Overall, a wonderful stay and we would recommend.
