8.1 from Portnoy so I had to try it. Wow, just wow. Sexton’s is honestly some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The light and crispy crust, the sauces, the freshest of ingredients make for a perfect pie in my book. We got the Mike and the Bee Bee Q - highly recommend both! 10/10 from me. 🙌🏼
This is officially one of our two favorite pizzas in Columbus so far. We heard so much about Sextons, we decided to try it this weekend. It is absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, incredible, airy, balanced soft and crunchy dough! We enjoyed every minute of it and cannot wait to be back. We loved the pizza and the ambiance was cool. The wings are ok; they are not tossed in sauce, but they bring sauce on the side. The only thing I disliked was the cocktail served in a plastic cup. In any case, awesome pizza, don’t miss it! And the service was kind and friendly. So happy to have found Sexton’s Pizza.❤️🔥🍕
Great Pizza Crust (New York Style), and great flavored Sauce and Pepperoni !!! My only complaint is that when using a credit card to pay the tab, the pre-populated, pre-calculated tip suggestions are 25%, 30%, & 35% …. Well, I consider myself a generous tipper, but those options seem a bit presumptuous, and left a VERY BAD TASTE in my mouth, and it didn’t taste like pizza …
The pizza here is delicious. The NY style crust is delicious, that perfect brick oven style finish. You cannot go wrong here. I highly recommend the candied bacon it adds the perfect amount of complexity to this deliciously simple dish. If you have any vegans or dairy free friends the dairy free options here are the best I’ve had in Columbus. I can’t recommend it enough. The pineapple jalapeño margarita is excellent. To top it all off they have a great dog friendly patio.
The sextons off third ave. Tastes completely different. This location never honors extra sauce/cheese even after spending an extra $3+ dollars. Not only that but the crust tastes like hops here, sextons has some of the best pizza in town and I’ve had 3rd ave multiple times. If you haven’t tried 3rd ave, do and you’ll never be back to this location.
We wanted pizza, and the Gahanna location didn't open till 3 pm on Sat, so we made our way out to Hillard. As expected, it didn't disappoint. It was great pizza with an awesome crunch and a perfect amount of cheese, pepperoni, and sauce. It was super busy as they had all the tables full and even a birthday party. It didn't affect our experience, and we received great service. We will definitely be back if in the area. Looking forward to trying the Detroit style next time.
This pizza is 10/10 crispy crust and very good flavor. Highly recommend if in the area!
We loved it. The pizza is fantastic. Perfectly cooked, fresh, hot, and nice crisp. 8.1 for sure and I got the shirt to prove it! The bartender was awesome, great drinks, great service, very clean, keno! The pickles are even more awesome. I ate the whole jar of 'em. Ranch dressing is wonderful. Really nice place. We'll be back.
