Randy came out to our home on time and did an outstanding job of evaluating our sewer pipe condition. Provided a very thorough report in writing and video report. He took extra time to explain everything clearly. Extremely knowledgable on history of systems installed in area and potential benefits and problems to be aware of. I walk away thoroughly impressed with Randy at Sewer Oscopy. I called and left a message on a Sunday to schedule a sewer lateral video inspection. As realtor, I had to get it done quickly as we were in escrow with the property. Thankfully, Randy quickly called back and squeezed me in the following day. Randy makes life easy. Being a General Contractor its nice to have a good go to person for locating mains and sewer lateral blockages.
