GOD bless everyone. Let me first start out by saying the rooms are okay they're nice. This review is about the staff, this is the most amazing hotel staff I ever saw in my life! Let me start out with Jesus, he's the maintenance man. He helps me with all my needs! I needed my TV fixed he didn't make me wait under the great job!. I needed my toilet seat adjusted he came in the room right away and fixed it whatever I need he's there for me and he doesn't make me wait! Then there's Vanessa she's the manager, when I need help with anything at all Vanessa's there she's very kind and caring! She helps with whatever I need and she never says no! Then there's Lisbeth she is the front desk clerk, Lizbeth goes above and beyond her duties she'll do anything for me. Whatever I ask her for she doesn't and she never says no! Best staff ever! If you want to be treated like a king or a queen stay at the Sevilla in Kissimmee Florida!

The rooms are beautiful, best hotel I've been to in the area! The front desk lady was very kind. The weekly rates are very affordable compared to any other hotel. Room was very clean and spacious.

Lisbeth is the best, she’s wonderful and has great customer service. Always got me when I need her. Never rude. Also rooms are very clean and affordable.

I don't think I've ever left a hotel review and I've stayed in a hotel each night for the last 3 months. I'm a single male.... I'm like the easiest guest to please. I don't care if I see a bit of mold, or a bug ect. The previous reviewer said the lobby smelled... and I respond that that, "YOU GOT IN TO THE LOBBY? It was always locked I was lucky I got in to check in I tried several other times to contact someone and never was able to. 20 minutes after checking in I went back to the front desk security door (I'm going to call it.... you know... a door designed to keep managers in and guests out)... because the faucet on the shower was broken meaning I couldn't even turn water on for a shower or a bath. Again... mold, bugs, smells... don't care. I just want the sink, toilet and shower to work and have the bed clean. That's literally my standard. I don't care about bar fridges, coffee makers, or tv or broken wall sockets or ripped carpet. I'm literally the easiest guest in the world to please. And after trying to get someone's attention about no shower, calling leaving messages... I'm here at checkout still no one... I left my key card in the drop box and was seemingly forced to leave without even someone saying... hey sorry the water isn't working. I have no choice but to leave a bad review. I mean... you guys literally forced my hand. If you can't please a single male with no wife and no kids, that literally lives out of his car... then I got to be honest... you guys are so disorganized it's beyond hope. And if I paid $50 I probably would have not left the review but I paid pretty close to $100 for one night were I slept in the bed and used 2 hand towels.

Pictures of the property are not what they advertised. There are two properties here the Sevilla inn and the Sevilla club. First night here we had our truck hit by a drunk driver that lives here. This place is nothing like the pictures.

Wow! Beautiful hotel. Gives me actually Sevilla, Spain vibes with the decor and everything is so clean and tidy. Very affordable too! You cannot even compare this hotel to any other hotel on 192 in Kissimmee, this is the BEST one. Thank you to the staff and management for helping me out with complimentary water bottles for me and my girlfriend as well!

Room service is the only thing that I can give a five star. The housekeepers were very polite and respectful.

KEEP AWAY! I couldn't even spend 3 minutes inside the "room" as soon as I opened the door the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming, the cockroach ran over the table and the TV shelf, even so I entered the room and barely placed my shoe on the floor The shoe was slipping on the sticky floor. At this point, I had to go to the front desk to demand a refund and go to another hotel
