Love the vibes here - big windows and comfy couch and lots of plants. Friendly barista and good coffee and snacks. Lots of gluten free and vegan treats. And there is a small parking lot!
I ordered a gingerbread latte and a lox bagel to-go. Both were delicious and tasted super fresh!
This is a very nice cafe. I love love love all the beautiful plants. The barista was good and very friendly. They have dairy milk alternatives but no and milk. They also have a housemase sugar free vanilla. While I appreciate the effort and I'm glad that they made an attempt to have a sugar free option. There was no real flavor to it at all unfortunately. It's a very nice cafe though.
Lovely shop with good food and coffee. Atmosphere is 10/10. 💕
I’ve enjoyed coming here in the past but this will be my last. Portland is rich with other coffee shops that provide higher quality service. If you enjoy consistent good (not great) coffee where you can experience emotionless, hipster customer service, this place is for you. If you have made it this far reading, here’s how my morning went: Me: “good morning, how are you?” Barista: *deadpan stare* Me: “can I get a 12 oz mocha” Barista: “our grinder being serviced and we can’t serve coffee right now” Who services a coffee grinder during morning hours?!? 5 mins later… Different Barista: *places food on counter, says nothing* Me: “is this an egg, ham, and cheese on sesame bagel?” Different Barista: *deadpan stare* Me: *stares back* Different Barista: *deadpan stare” Me: “ok thanks for your help” Luckily it was my food. But if I were to take anything away from this experience, I have to give them applause for consistency with attitude between everyone. Team work makes dream work, right?
Staff were polite and quick with service! Environment was nice, lots of plants. The coffee was to die for! The food was very good as well, gluten free options, if you choose!
I almost forgot coffee could taste so good!!! I forgot to ask what roast they were brewing today but it was godly. I also tried a matcha muffin which was super moist and delicious (and it actually tasted like matcha...my only critique is that it fell apart really easily). I need to pick up some coffee beans next time. Staff were friendly & were wearing masks. There is a restroom open for customers.
This was our first time here and we liked the experience. We noticed they had a special latte made with authentic Japanese matcha and decided to give it a go—and yes they are pretty yummy! My only request: to make sure they are about 30% hotter when served. 🍵 I like that there is a fair amount of tables and furniture to enjoy your beverage and the kids book section is definitely a big plus! I would only encourage the owner to stock up on books in other languages too. They are super professional and respectful and I felt they wanted us to feel welcomed: many thanks!

I was in Portland for a conference and my friend told me about this lovely little coffee shop down the road from our hotel. One visit and I was completely smitten with this shop and itâs owner. The coffees were delightful and the owner, Ryan, was s
I really enjoyed this coffee shop. I got lucky with an open comfy, brown leather chair and a delicious oat cappuccino. I also ordered the breakfast sandwich and opted to add the jalapeno salmon spread. Highly recommend that spread, it was amazing!!
The bright, clean, quiet environment of Capitola Coffee is inviting and open. I had the pour over, and my friend had a salted caramel cappuccino. The coffee was great, although I think my pour over was brewed a bit high, but I realize it's nit-pickin
I am not a coffee drinker but I had a latte from here and I really enjoyed it! Not bitter at all and they have some yummy flavors. Their bagel sandwiches are delicious as well, and everything is a great price. I took my food to go, but the atmosphere

I love this spot. They have one of the best cappuccinos in Portland. The staff is always kind, and friendly. And the tunes are always on point. Pro tip: ask for sugar crunchies on your capp. You wonât regret it!
This place is fantastic. This was our first visit. The customer ahead of us was giddy to recommend their house made vanilla syrup for our coffee drink and the âwicked awesomeâ sandwich. We arenât vegetarians but he was so insistent that we chan
