We really enjoyed our 3 months at Seven Springs and cannot wait to return in the Fall! Owners have built the park from a farm over 40 years ago. Joe, Tamara and Joe do a great job maintaining a clean, quiet, safe and welcoming park. The office staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The resident volunteer organization provides fun activities and opportunities to get involved. Personally, we love the no dog rule, not that we hate dogs. Thanks for everything you do to give us a wonderful place to stay!

I would stay away from this park. The park is rundown, poorly maintained and very old. The roads have potholes and several people have been hurt walking at nights and early mornings. Unless you are a Canadian you are treated very poorly. The owner and his son seem to be very miserable people and walk around with a chip on their shoulders all the time looking for issues that don’t exist. The residence are scared of the owner and his son and will not say a word negative about the place. Several of the park models have been renovated without permits and are totally not within code. Do yourself a favor and read ALL of the reviews before you go here. The owners are really people you don’t need to spend your hard-earned dollar with!!!

I've been here for about 6 years this is the longest I've lived in one place since I was under my mother's roof the park is beautiful ,clean and quiet. The owners are nice people after reading some reviews it seems like other guests in the past had issues with the owners. They built this place from nothing into what it is today. They don't take no riff Raff in this park. Which to me is great very friendly people.

Clean, quite, friendly, bug/mosquito free. Pool is big and has a beautiful patio surrounded by tropical foliage. Key pad and gate to help you feel safe but in a nice enough area that you wouldn't expect problems any way. I see things such as bicycles and golf carts being kept outside with seemingly no locks. None of our 'lesser' valued outdoor items have been bothered. We had an ant problem when we first arrived but 5 minutes after calling the office someone came to spray the grounds and we never seen another during our 2 month stay. there are both campers and skirted mini mobile homes in the park, but there is one area that has the more rustic traditional campground feet to it. Those spaces do have electric and water, but no sewer, if you don't mind dumping or using the parks clean and well kept facilities you will love that area. Picnic tables are in good condition, spaces have cement patios but not pads so leveling may be a challenge. All in all, for the price, cleanliness, security, pool area, and prompt reaction to issues... 5 stars all the way.

Campground tight for 45' rig. Owner very rude, no notice for grass mowing and young son of owner throw grass and dust on to the patio with no concern. Once addressed about we would like some notice he said I have a job to do and "do you know who I am"? He proceeded to get his father the owner and very arrogant stating he cannot tell everyone when they are going to mow. I ask why not email or put it on the calendar a day in advance? Owner response was we don't have time for that. A number of campers reflected that this would be the last time the would spend here.

We stayed at this campground for 3 years in our motor home and then purchased a park model this past year. The park itself is nice enough and the residents are great. It would be nice if they offered internet THAT WORKED... but oh well, they don’t . The activities and amenities are great. But the owners leave a lot to be desired. I’m not sure why they’re in the business of dealing with the public! We had to walk on eggshells around them (him) for fear of getting evicted for something I never even did or said! Compassion is a word he is not familiar with, even when someone’s health is involved. Sold our place, have some good memories but mostly just happy we don’t have to deal with him any more.

The owner/manager is a serious danger to himself and anyone he encounters or anyone who encounters him. The reviews that criticize him and warn potential customers are well deserved. As nice as the park is and the operations staff, I will never stay at that location again. I was able to leave without additional confrontations but that was only due to my personal discipline and restraint. Be advised this is NOT a risk you need to take.

It's a 55+ campground so we are thankful that they accommodated our little family for my husband's big job. Everything was so last minute and we were very stressed, but the owner welcomed us with a great attitude! The woman that works the office... not so much. Not gonna get started on her. We couldn't find the trash dumpster, only recycling, but i could never get ahold of anybody in the office to ask. The electric was SO horrible. Our AC & water heater would be on and the power would trip constantly and my husband had to go out and wiggle the wires. Some guy came out and told us to switch posts and that didn't help. Then they had the nerve to charge us $70 when we left for power! The guy who cuts grass is super nice. He hit our trailer with the lawn mower and i just wanted them to let him know to be more careful (literally the only time the they answered in the office) & the woman argued with me. Finally he stopped and i went out and spoke with him and he was easy and nice as could be. The laundromats are a joke. No working change machines (nobody in the office to give change) and the units are so old, the dryer didn't even dry our clothes. They spent 2 hrs in the dryer and never dried. There's a really nice house on the grounds that's beautiful... maybe those people should be taking care of the park?
