I stayed here just one night wanda in room 105 was bringing diff men in her room at one point she PUT HER YOUNG SON THREE YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER OUTSIDE NO CLOTHES ON FOR THIRTY MIN WHILE SHE DID WHATEVEE PEOPLE HANGING ALL OUTSIDE DOINH DRUGS WORST IVE EVER SEEN STAFF ACTS BLIND THERES CAMERAS FOR WHAT

I have actually lived here for a little over a year now. It may not be glamorous & completely roach free - however, between the staff, owners, other tenants, & all the basic creature comforts - it's where I call home. As in, "home is where the heart is". .. For what this place lacks in the desired & expected societal norms of 2023 human ideology - it Most Definitely makes up for in heart ❤️ !!! Besides, Miami is a sub tropical climate. 24/7/364. Bugs just kinda fit into the natural order of things here. Try to remember that when ur fighting off a 6-inch mosquito or spraying a few cockroaches into a back spinning, leg shaking death dance! LOL

SHUT IT DOWN! Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what was worse, the roach infested filthy room or the horrible brut hostility of the staff. I am Baffled how a business like this is allowed to operate. I know there are standards of quality that a hotel must upkeep. The filter on the AC so filthy and covered in mildew and mold that even the outside plastic was stained from the mold pores oozing out of it. The owners and staff should be ashamed of themselves for providing such a vile environment and having zero consideration for others.

Poor customer service , the office closes at 11pm and you pretty much on your on after 11pm. Cannot get any service til 7 am the next morning.The Wi-Fi sucks.The rooms are full of roaches crawling up the wall and in the restroom. A/c is broken don’t get cold. It’s very dirt I made the rooms. The tv has no channels just 3 working channels. It’s was a very horrible sight and stay. I will not recommend this motel to anyone. No one deserves the nastiest of this motel.

Um. Let me just start by saying that I wouldn't take a shower. Maybe that's all I need to say... DON'T COME HERE. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY

The rooms here are really spacious and the place is an Art Deco icon. The location really can’t be beat! I’m the heart of the Mimo district where you can walk to cool restaurants and bars near by. Close to Miami Beach, wynwood, downtown. Love the seven seas!

This place is roach infested. There's roaches crawling on the TV. All on the walls in the shower. On was on my bed. Omg discusting!!!!! The room was 140 dollars. They are crazy. No way never ever again. Don't waste your money💰

They give you a choice of three different rooms the 43$,48$,or the 53$ one I picked the 53$ one with the hopes that it would be decent. I knew it was gonna be bad when I was leaving the office and saw a giant dead roach. The room smells disgusting,the walls were smeared with dried blood,the ceiling in the bathroom was caving in and molded the walls were crumbling. The sheets and comforters looked dirty and were stained,there was hair all over the floor. Everything was dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting. And now I'm covered in bug bites. The staff was rude when we arrived one of the housekeepers was screaming at us in creole to move or car. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Stay away from this place!!
