I wish I could give more than five stars. Drake and his team were incredibly attentive, professional, kind, and sincere during my time of need. In January, after a series of severe cold freezes, my sump pump failed, and my basement was flooded. The situation was dire, and I was overwhelmed. Drake and his team from Servpro responded within a day, arriving with fans and dehumidifiers even before I had officially agreed to use their services. Despite the chaos they were dealing with in Lake County, where many homes were impacted by the freeze-thaw cycle, Drake's team made me feel like a priority. They constantly checked in on me, not just to monitor the drying process, but to ensure I was coping with the stress. Words cannot express how thankful I was for Drake and Scott when they walked into my house within an hour of my panicked call to their office. My washing machine unexpectedly leaked and ruined almost my entire house! Water seeped into multiple bedrooms, the hallway, and leaked through the ceiling causing tons of dripping. Scott and Drake came, cleaned it up, and assured me everything would be okay. They called and checked on me daily and took care of everything. Then, when it happened again less than a month later (why this even happened again was a whole other issue for my home warranty company to deal with), Scott and Drake made sure to come back on their day off to take care of it all over again. Everything is all fixed, looks as good as new, and as soon as I get new light fixtures they will be back to help with those. I can’t thank these guys enough for being my saviors and sanity as a brand new homeowner in crisis!

Scott came to our house after we had some leaking in our basement. Our ceiling tiles needed to be replaced, and we had leaking in another part of the basement ceiling. He ripped up part of our ceiling and also part of our carpeting to assess the damage. Then he never returned to fix it. My husband and I made several phone calls and left messages and he never bothered to return. I have to give a star in order to post but really I give him zero stars and I feel his behavior and attitude was unprofessional.
