SERVPRO of Casper is truly a franchise that was built on family. We are a small company with less than 20 employees, but every single member of our team is considered a part of our family. Over 30 years ago Jerry and Gale started SERVPRO of Casper, operating the business out of their home. They would have morning safety meetings in their dining room and kept all equipment and cleaning products in their basement. They had a minimal amount of cleaning supplies and a portable water extractor to clean up fires and water damages. Now we have a large shop full of cleaning products, 3 truck mounted extraction units, and hundreds of air movers and dehumidifiers. The crew at Servpro Casper did such a great job with our duct cleaning. From the on-site estimate to scheduling (thanks Brittany (sp?) for getting us in sooner after a cancellation) to cleaning, it was an awesome process. Joe and James were so kind and professional on cleaning day. They answered all of my questions with respect, patience (😁), and honesty. They showed me the before and after photos to give us perspective on just how necessary duct cleaning is. Definitely recommend this team!

We had Pete and Zach out for an air duct/dryer duct cleaning. There were very professional and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was over. Would highly recommend SERVPRO for this service.

Servpro came to clean out our air vents and they did a great job. Our setup was a little different which made things a bit difficult, but Pete and Wyatt went straight to work and were able to make it all work. They worked efficiently and were kind in answering any of my questions.
