Steve Eddington and his staff were wonderful in handling a very complicated "remote access" issue I had recently. Not only did they quickly get it resolved, but they did so with patience and made sure everything was up and running within hours of being notified of the problem. Since I only work remotely for the law firm as a billing manager, it was extremely critical to me to be back up and running!

We've done business with Service Solutions around 1 1/2 - 2 years now. Their services are 2nd to none. We've gone from a problematic system to one that rarely has any problems (coming from someone who has some experience in IT and that's pretty Tech savvy). Some might see them as a little pricy (if they haven't dealt with a credible IT company), but the service they provide more than make up for that. Service Solutions will always be my go-to IT company for as long as they'll let me.
