We needed the main water pressure regulator for our house replaced before leaving for vacation, and I was able to get a same day appointment with the tech Preston. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. He clearly likes his work which inspires confidence in me, the customer. Preston quickly replaced the regulator and purged the air from our system, verified everything was working and was on his way within an hour or so, so we could go on vacation with peace of mind. FWIW, I ended up signing up for an annual $180 Service Experts membership (paid monthly), which saves the $99 travel fee as well as 15% on parts and labor, so it more than paid for itself on this visit.

This is a mixed review. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed July 2023. The installers damaged the walls during the install. The installers placed a humidifier on the unit, only for us to find out about 3 weeks later that is was never wired. The sent someone to wire it, but this person had never wired this humidifier. He called and had someone walk through it for over 2 hours. We believe it is still not working correctly. The furnace was not installed correctly and they are to come back and correct their work. The reason I give it 5 stars is only because of their associate named Rocky. She came out to service our A/C that was under warranty - just the general clean and check things out - and she did an excellent job. Very professional and polite. She is the best thing that has happened to us with this company.

My parents had purchased 2 units and still under warranty. The first one had a control board go out and the second one came down with another issue as well. They have been without air conditioning in their house for the past month with no end in sight. They say there’s back orders and issues, but at this point the units should be replaced or some sort of resolution. We are in the heat of summer and not having air conditioning is not pleasant at all. We would like some sort of resolution as soon as possible.

I was very happy with the work done by Matt Bell today. He looked at our furnace and air conditioner and made sure they were both clean and running efficiently. Really recommend Service Experts in Longmont.

I can't believe they are pushing the membership up by $5/month. It's not the money, it's the principle. I have had my AC clean cancelled twice this year. They cancelled, on me. Twice. So it takes 4 months to actually get the clean? The last time, a tech got sick. It happens. But the next available appointment was one month later as they told me that morning it was cancelled. WRONG. You get the next person out after cancelling twice on the customer. It's not like we sit at home waiting for you to show up. After install, for years, Service Experts had to refill the AC coolant on the new HVAC install. They could never find the leak, even talked to me about tearing out a ceiling to replace the pipe. They finally after 4 years brought in their black belt guy if you will, found the issue in the coil. It's a frustrating group.
