Serramonte mall is great. Unfortunately, there are self entitled patrons like license plate #7JWG374 of this grey Ford Flex who think it is okay to leave their vehicle's engine aimlessly idling, blocking a EV only charging spot for at least 15 minutes to go into a food joint to stuff their gullet, and giving an attitude upon their return as if they are a victim. There should be greater enforcement of this shameless behavior.
A great, family mall that is undergoing a welcome freshening up. Lots of new stores and food options. Lots of new places to sit and relax (with outlets to charge your devices!)
Decent family oriented mall, lots of shops and the food court has good options.
I miss the pond with the Koi fish, but the renovations and added seating areas are nice, just you can't ever get a seat when a lot of older peeps hang out at this mall and just gather.
Overall, it's a good mall, and has several other options around on the outside.

This shopping center is attractive indeed. It is next to Hwy 280, has more than 100 wonderful stores, and every Thursday and Saturday from 9am till 1pm all year around a Certified Farmer's market is available. Many stores offer great discounts. A food court is opened for takeout. Seats and tables in the food court are temporarily closed. Parking is available just about everywhere except in the north area where a new construction is taking place. Farmer's market is behind Macy's. Location is very convenient to make the last gift purchase before arriving to the airport. Recomend!
Nice new relocated shops: tj maxx, Ross, Nordstrom rack. Bad parking. The tj maxx men's section was sorely lacking & quite small. Omigod! The parking in the new section is horrendous! Long waits. Twisty & blocked roads. Horrible. Please add a Tonymoly store, an Aritaum store , & a The Face Shop. 5/16/21: The Macy's is great. The food court is not so great. There's a lack of food choices for me. They should put in a few high end stores too.
