Okay , there are a lots of Mexican places in the shoals area and i am just realizing that this is the ONE . We all have that crave for Mexican food and trust me whenever you have , your end stop is here . I have tried almost all the Mexican places in the Shoals and THIS IS PURE AUTHENTIC ONE !! I am not even exaggerating !!! The food here is like you are on the STREETS OF MEXICO and getting the authentic taste . Its delicious !!! If you want a pure authentic Mexican bite you should come here . The staff is friendly , service is amazing ! So for the Mexican food craving i will be coming back here ..
SO AMAZING! We’ve heard such great comments about this restaurant from friends. So glad we tried it today!!! From the minute we stepped in, Sergio and his staff were very welcoming! The sangria margarita was very smooth and delicious! Very authentic Mexican food! I had the beef Birria quesadilla and it was the best birria I ever had. Authentic tacos best in town! So happy to have this local restaurant. 10 stars!!!!
Over all it was a decent experience. I wasn’t necessarily WOWED by anything particular. However the food is good. I would say it’s on the higher side for what I’ve seen not over priced but not cheap. The salsa was amazing and the cheese dip was one of the best I’ve ever had. The food itself was very well seasoned pretty small portioned for the price. My only complaint would be that I didn’t feel I got what I paid for. I wish they gave a little more on the portion sizes. The service was also really nice there were a few bumps in the road due to language barriers. But no complains there. The staff was nice the food was good. We will be back
WOW just wow. This place is amazing. The food was delicious, actually authentic. The owner is truly so kind and you can tell he puts effort & actually cares about his guests. My husband got the burria tacos, he said it was the best in the area. I got the enchiladas with salsa verde. Best Mexican restaurant in the shoals & Florence area for sure! HIGHLY recommend.
Shrimp and grits are the best I have had! Guacamole is very good as well. Everyone is so friendly. Cheese dip is better than most...it is thicker.
You missing out if you aint eating here. Better yet dont go so it dont get to busy lol
We've traveled all over Mexico and this is by far the most authentic Mexican food we've had in the States. GREAT FOOD! GREAT OWNERS! GREAT SERVICE!
This place is a gem. Food is excellent, service is excellent, and the bathroom was so clean! So rare in this country to have such a clean and thoughtful bathroom that smelled so nice and warm during the cold spell. It's so important for moms (& dads) with small children especially :)
