If you’re looking for an awesome place in a beautiful historic area of Vermont look no further. You get your own cottage and they’re perfect in every way. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, nice amenities, your own porch, campfire areas, a great value and I can go on and on. Janelle and Mike are warm, welcoming and friendly proprietors whose concern for your comfort and pleasant stay is obviously their priority. I’m looking forward to staying at Serenity Motel and cottages again next year.

This is a must stay. Everything is simply perfect! The place is clean and very well maintained. We had cabin #5. It has all the amenities you need, coffee pot, microwave, small fridge. It was perfect! I only wish it had been available for 2 nights when we booked it but the one night was enough for us to want to book earlier next year. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place! I will always try to find a reason to come back. The little cabins are cute, clean and cozy. They’ve thought of everything with seating on the porch, citronella candle, parking, grill and picnic table. Fire pit with chairs in the common area. Staff is exceptionally welcoming. Price is so reasonable and location is great. Bonus- It’s dog friendly!

I was only there for one night but just loved it. From the kind, enthusiastic and fun owners to the simple, clean, charming cottages… This place is really special. I can’t wait to visit again!

Very cozy place! Friendly family owner. Has horses, and chickens in the back to view. The place has a nice vibe to it, some people to the left were fishing for the season, and the other side was a couple. Rooms are kept very clean and overall a nice size.

This place is an absolute gem! It is a great location, the owners are amazing and the cottages are so charming and comfortable! They have grills and picnic tables, a fire pit and plenty of fresh mountain air! The cottage is so clean and unlike a lot of hotels they come in everyday to make sure everything is just right! This will be our go to anytime we are in the area now!

Great little motel cabins each had a twin and a full size bed. Perfect for a couple or very small family. Wonderful staff, I think she was actually the owner, gave us lots of tips about the area and where to go for dinner and breakfast.

Could not have asked for a more comfortable room (Cottage). Beats staying at a hotel with someone banging on your walls or ceilings. The owners where above board with travel and sightseeing info. We would rate this cottage a 29 it was that fantastic. Loved waking up to the Turkins , chickens, and roosters. The beds where very comfortable, our dogs loved them.
