Serene Diagnostic Imaging - Medical diagnostic imaging center in Tavares - 1751 David Walker Dr, USA

New to this area & my first time going to Serene Diagnostic Imaging. Wonderful atmosphere, Receptionist very kind & helpful & my mammogram provider (Jaime Mejia) was extremely pleasant & understanding. The morning of my appointment as I was taking a shower the water had gone on in the MHP I live in. I was left with a head full of shampoo, no bottled water in the house & very upset. As my head started burning & itching from shampoo I was trying to figure out what to do. 45 minutes later water came back on & I was able to get ready to go. Very stressed out by then because I didn't want to be late. I have a history of panic attacks. As I was getting dressed to leave the adrenaline rush hit me & by the time I got to my appointment I was still shaking & having difficulty breathing. The Receptionist & Jamie were both extremely kind & understanding. I was in an out in less than fifteen minutes & during the mammogram - which was done very quickly - the panic attack went away. I actually don't mind having a mammogram because it isn't painful for me, so the panic was Not caused by having it done. Arriving in the shape I was in & being treated so kindly helped in recovering from it. It was the best experience I've ever had because they treat you as an Individual, not just another body they deal with. Also, love the cloth gown instead of paper. I wasn't freezing cold during the procedure. The experience was actually Above a Five star experience.

Went for my annual mammogram and decided to try Serene. What a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was wonderful, the mammo tech was wonderful and the mammogram did NOT hurt. The entire experience was really very pleasant. The tech was gentle, she didn’t pull and tug and the compression from the machine was not crazy tight or painful. I will definitely be back every year and will recommend anyone needing a mammogram to use Serene. Thank you!

I can only say wonderful things about Serene Diagnostic Imaging. EVERYONE on the staff is WONDERFUL!! Dr. Jaime Mejia is absolutely wonderful. He comes in after each procedure and thoroughly explains everything. When he gave me my diagnosis that everything was A-OK, I burst into tears with thankfulness and he let me cry on his shoulder literally. The entire staff is so comforting. The office is a very nice serene and comforting environment. I'll never go back to Lake Medical Imaging again for my mammograms or anything to do with my breasts. You are treated like a valued person, not just another number. I can't praise Serene enough! GO THERE!

Attentive & Caring to anything that you might be Fearing! Super Clean! I myself have Never been to a place that takes care of Woman & Men any Better in fact this is the Best!

I only have positive things to say about Serene Diagnostic Imaging. Everything went smoothly from scheduling to appointment. I was early and they saw me before my scheduled time. The office is clean and has a calm atmosphere. The ultrasound technician was friendly, kind, and took her time. I got my results back so fast. I’m grateful for a good experience.

Got there close to a half hour early and they took me in within five minutes! Technician was fabulous, gentle and kept checking in with me. The front desk also very efficient.

The staff was very friendly,the rec was great let me know about everything that was going to take place. Office very clean and comfortable,very soothing music.

Serene Diagnostic Imagining is 100% better than the alternative in Lake County for all imaging needs. They are courteous and respectful of each person and each person's time. I highly recommend them!
