We can’t say enough good things about Taylor and her team. They have done an incredible job with creating an inviting, comfortable, and professional environment and underlying culture at Serendipity. Perched at the base of the Ravenel Bridge, the building itself offers some of the best views in all of Charleston. With offices in New York, Chicago, and abroad, our office in Charleston bears the palm.

Best workspace in Charleston. Taylor Wallace and team are super efficient, easy to work with and tentative to any and all needs related to leasing space monthly or by the hour. This has to be the most scenic workspace in town with a beautiful view of the Ravenel Bridge. There is also a walking path outside for when you need to take a break or work outside. Absolute paradise where the employees treat you like family.

Serendipity Labs was a fantastic office space to host a client stewardship meeting. Convenient location! Taylor went above and beyond to ensure we were successfully connected for video and presentation. We appreciated her tech support!

Chloe and her team were amazing! They met with us prior to our event, provided assistance during the event, gave us a personal tour of the gorgeous facility and made sure we were taken care of until we wrapped up for the day. We will definitely be back!

I became familiar with Serendipity Labs through the "Bridge the Gap" Tuesday morning meeting. All the staff are delightful. thoughtful, kind, helpful! It wasn't until about 3 weeks ago I took a tour of the facility. All I can say is WOW! Great staff, great work areas, comfortable work spaces for anything you need, by the day, the week, the month, the year. Excellent!!! (and beyond)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Serendipity Labs! Taylor and Alissa are amazing - always friendly and willing to assist in any way. The entire space is well kept and I actually look forward to my days in the office now that my company has moved in. The views are incredible and the accessibility of everything you would need in a work space is perfect! The convenient location and parking garage are a fantastic added bonus and I am constantly receiving compliments from my clients on how well the day to day of SL is run. This has definitely been one of the better decisions I have made for my business!

The team at Serendipity in Mount Pleasant is top shelf in all ways. More offices should be run this way. I’ve been a member since September of 2022 and the level of professionalism displayed is second to none. The offices are clean. Complimentary cafe and a display of snacks are a nice touch. Taylor, Alissa, and Carol go that extra mile, making member events even more special. It’s always a pleasant experience when I come to the office. Kudos.

My experience with Serendipity Labs has been nothing short of amazing. The front desk always greets my team and I with a smile; really makes you feel welcome and enjoy the great space and amenities they have to offer. My company was recently at Industrious on King, who have amazing amenities and a clean space to share; I will say Serendipity has been far more welcoming and accommodating to my team and I with anything that we need.
