Serena Inn & Suites- Sundance - Hotel in Sundance - 2719 E Cleveland St, USA

Staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. This was a great value for the price. The location is the very quiet edge of town. The room was a tad small (3 of us) but the sink and mirror were outside the toilet and shower which is always nice. A/C worked great, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast offerings were like most other places we have stayed the past 13 days we’ve been on the road. There was plenty to pick from to fill ya up. Again, the eating area was a tad small, but this is a 2 star hotel so I don’t feel this is a big deal at all. Would stay here again.

I have to give this place 5 stars on everything because of how much they helped us. Our family vacation took a downhill detour when our car broke down and we were in the middle of nowhere 12 hours away from home. We called around and this hotel was so generous. We tugged along to get my poor car there and they let us leave it there until the mechanic shop could come get it. They opened the pool for my kids to play. They helped us find a taxi service that would come all the way there and bring us to the next big city. They let us have a super late check out so we could empty my car into the hotel to repack everything for our short notice plane trip home. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely sending a thank you card to them once we're home. The beds are new and comfy. The breakfast had some favorites for options.

The beds were awful, you can feel the springs in them. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was decent, biscuits (biscuits and gravy) were cold, but at least they had a few options. You get what you pay for. Great price compared to others we looked at.

My kids and their group of about 50 kids and 20 adults just stayed there for one night. I am aghast at the news I am receiving about how terrible a stay it was. According to my son "WORST PLACE TO STAY OF ALL TIME". The rooms smelled terrible, there were bugs in the rooms, the sheets were dirty and some had blood on them, they were slept in and there was a live frog in one of the bathrooms. Rooms were reserved months ago but still the reservation was a mess?! Pool? Filthy and unusable. How is this place still open????? And why on sites like Expedia it has 8.4 stars???? Lies.

The rooms are clean and the price is just right. Easy on and off from 90 and there's plenty of rooms to rent same day. The pool is sometimes open but I haven't tried it so can't speak to it's quality/temperature.

This was a very nice place! We only stayed one night, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. Next time we visit Bear Den we will definitely look for a room here!

Wonderful place we stopped in at for the night. The pool was very warm and they kept it open so we could stay late in it. Amazing staff and great breakfast options in the morning. Special shout out to Carla who went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this hotel!

I'm not sure why they get bad reviews, but I loved it.. they have great beds, great location and a wonderful woman working late at night. If you need a place to stay for the night it's definitely worth a shot!
