As a resident and owner at Royal Oak I was pleased with our new CAM, Jason S. at our first HOA meeting since Sentry Management jumped on board July 1st.
Sentry is not new to our community. The first time I served on the ROE BOD, Sentry was our management company. It’s good to have them back. Jason, our new Community Association Manager did an excellent job of directing our first meeting.
I, as well as the community members I spoke with in the days after the meeting, feel relieved, and hopeful for a future of great happenings in our community with Sentry and Jason in the drivers seat.
Jake Chamness, our Sentry community manager, has been the consummate professional. He understands his job and the structure and processes of serving an HOA with many 'masters'. He is always looking to improve and streamline our meeting processes. He created complete and updated meeting packets for the committee members of the Grounds Committee which provides the most current information available for use during our meetings. Jake is a creative problem solver and a very good listener when members of the governance or residents have questions or observations to share. Jake has been a welcome addition to our community operations.
Our new CAM Jason is great. Attentive, responsible, knowledgeable and above all professional. It has only been a few months since he started and we have already accomplished a lot. Always a pleasure to work with.
Jake is very attentive to detail and information requested as well as efficient.
His door is always open and he is very accommodating to our needs.
He possesses a good easy going personality and is a pleasure to work with on the finance committee.
Our Community manager at the Country Club of Mount Dora is first class. Jake Chamness has a broad and mature knowledge base to match his friendly personality. Our Community HOA is all that much better having Jake's advice, leadership and council.

🙄 kindness is the last that I will ever think of when I see the name of this company from today. Forward professionalism, maybe cold-hearted yes. Uncaring, yes, do they lie? Yes, do they claim they can't do things that they know they can? Yes.
Pay them and move on. Never expect any form of kindness from this company. I know that them having kindness as one of the First Words they use to describe their company makes you think that they care, but they. Do not care about you just your money
I've never had any communication with this company until two days ago and I am laughing at the balls that this company has to use the word kindnees in anything that they do.
This is just my experience with these people take it or leave it.
( Before I found out that my HOA had been transferred to this company.I had reached out to my prior manage.Ment company and ask them about removing my late fee.They were willing to remove my late fee, but they were no longer my management company.So they said that I had to reach out to this company.You know, the one that says kindness.My very first experience with this company was being lied to and told that there was no way to remove any late fees even though I know that that's not true then I was told that I was denied by a board I mean what qualifications does this company have in order to qualify to remove late fees because I know for 100% fact that they do remove late fees because the person that I spoke to made it very clear that they remove late fees all the time he said he cannot guarantee that me sending an email requesting it be removed that it will be but they do remove late fees often so I'm just not accepting kindness from this company as a motto absolutely not I'm just giving the facts because companies love to make things into things that they are not)
First of we were not notified that work was being done here and lost our power for over 3 hours. Then yesterday water main was busted and no Water for over 6 hours. Now we have to boil our water and no water was delivered to us. We had to buy our own. I think someone should be held accountable for all the inconveniences for us not being notified. After all this is an HOA.
Jake Chamness is a conscientious leader with great practical experience that enables him to be an effective manager.
We had such a great time on our mommy daughter date here. The customer service was wonderful, the prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere was very laid back and relaxing. We will for sure be back. So glad we found this place!
