I love this building! Lauryn helped me with the process of signing a lease, she was amazing; very helpful and knowledgeable. The apartments come fully furnished with extra appliances and little items you need. It came very clean and everything is up to date. The amenities are awesome and the pool is very nicely heated! This is my second winter here and I’m so happy with Sentral!

I just love this hotel and would live here full time if I could! The pool and common areas are lovely, and the front desk service is great.||For a week now I've been in the stressful limbo of waiting for next housing to be available, and everyday I'm not sure if I can move to the next place, so I go down to the front desk to see if I can stay another day or three at Sentral.||Last night I went to the front desk and I spoke with Alice about extending my room. She let me know that my current room type (1 bedroom) was no longer available, but she did reserve a 1 bedroom with den for a great price for me, and she suggested I check back in the morning for cancellations to see if I could retain my current room. I did just that and at 8:30 this morning I went to the front desk. She was still there and very friendly and awake, though she'd been in the same spot 12 hours earlier when we last spoke.||Through the night she had checked her system many times to see if there were cancellations for me. I found that very thoughtful and felt taken care of. Although I was not able to stay apartment, she was able to find one on my current floor that is close by, so the move will be easy. She was also able to find a room available early in the day, so I don't have to sit in the lobby for hours with my luggage. I can just shift from one apartment to the next without any lag. She pointed out that my new rate is lower than the previous, which does help. She's also been really responsive to my text messages.||Alice's efficient and kind help is especially important to me now, because if I can't stay here I don't really have other options besides other hotels, and that just feels precarious. It's really nice to know that someone is making sure I am taken care of. I am looking forward to the rest of my stay!

Sentral Wynwood is simply the BEST. And has most certainly changed the way we will book accommodations in the future. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by David we felt welcomed. He was and is so very helpful, kind and charming. Lauryn has been amazing as well and has made this move-in process so smooth and seamless. All of the staff here is amazing. But I’m just extra delighted when I get to see David and/or Lauryn as they are always so engaging and warm — they also greet us by name which makes us feel oh so special. To top it all off. The rooms are great, the place is so CLEAN and the amenities are out of this world. Sentral has it all and I’m going to be soooo sad when the time finally comes to leave. 😫

This sweet gem in a great area with great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within walking distance and lots art threaded throughout the area. fabulous staff, all...but David was above and beyond with assistance, his thoughtfulness, kindness and humor! Very nice accommodations with a neat community area w pool on the top floor.

Signed on for a short term lease with Sentral and am loving it! The process of getting everything organized/settled into the new lease was seamless - Lauryn was super communicative and answered every question SO promptly. Everyone at the front desk is so nice. Shout out to Jack as well for being super helpful :) The units and building are amazing - Sentral has such a good vibe!

Our experience at the Sentral Wynwood was nothing short of amazing! The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff is especially friendly and helpful. David took great care of us and did not hesitate to go out of his way to help us when anything came up. Would 100% recommend!!

My company rented me a 1-bedroom apartment at Sentral Wynwood while I worked from HQ in Miami for three months. The apartment is great - comfortably furnished (especially the memory foam mattress) and dog friendly. The building is brand new with a sweet rooftop pool. The neighborhood is chill - lots of art, restaurants, nightlife, all that jazz. The staff is what makes living here extra special - really friendly and super attentive to anything you need. Shout outs to Lauryn, Stefanie, David and everyone else - thanks for the hospitality!
