Visited last week, was advised I just needed a new battery for my laptop; they ordered, and asked that I take my laptop back in so they could be sure it was the right battery and it was charging appropriately. Very nice people to work with, and the laptop is back at 100%.

Very nice people, and wonderful service. I'd go back 100% and recommend to my friends.

Unfortunately my laptop got hacked. S.T. was so understanding about my panic. It took them one day to clean it up and best of all their offer for future support. That diffidently gave me peace of mind. I swear he was wearing a cape and saved my day.

Highly recommend, Sentinel! Knowledgeable, helpful owner and family with a caring approach to their computer business. Always willing to answer questions and help out with problems! Top notch service!

Every time I've been there he has been very professional and helped me with every issue I've had with my computer. Very nice person.

I enjoy talking with them brought in my old computer to see about upgrading its Windows from visita to Windows 7 he told me it was to old and slow
