We chose this motel because our stay was during the peak season for proms/ weddings and we were not willing to pay $250 a night at our usual Hampton Inn & Suites. You get what you pay for in this case so we're not trying to be overly picky. We just want to give you a fair and honest view of what to expect. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They did charge us an extra $20 early check-in fee for being 30 minutes early. True, we chose to pay it but obviously it was ready so....The room was dirty enough that we needed to wipe down everything so don't expect it to be very clean. Furniture/decor was a bit dated and definitely could use a renovation. There was literally a totally exposed flat wire hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom (we took a king, one of the best rooms they have to offer). Paper thin walls, so of course we had to hear the people next door at 4 am. No iron. Did have a mini fridge and a microwave. Very low water pressure and the water doesn't get too hot either. Got a sheet and a top cover on the bed to sleep under. All that being said, it has one of the best locations for everything you could want in the greater West Chester area so if you don't really care about the amenities and just want a cheap motel it will do fine. It sits back a good bit from the road so if you're being discreet you should be fine.
A little dated, a little small, but clean, nice and quiet, comfortable, and in my budget. I drive truck, and I had just the tractor. I explained this when I called to find out if they had availability and parking. The man at the front desk was very helpful. I told him when I would be arriving, and he met me outside and showed me precisely where to put the rig. Check-in was a breeze. Shower only, no tub, but the tiling and sink have recently been updated. The thermostat doesn't work - it's been updated to an in-wall unit that was more than adequate. The room had a small fridge and microwave, and both were clean. The towels weren't typical cheap hotel towels - nice and fluffy. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. It's a bit cheaper than the chain hotels, and I'd rather my money to a family business then a corporation. All they need are a few picnic tables out under the trees. It's set atop a little hill, so that would be a nice touch.
Had to book this motel last minute despite the reviews. The lady at the front desk didn’t really know what she was doing, she seemed confused. I also saw an exterminator truck outside, which already gave me a bad feeling about the rooms. The bed itself was decent, sheets seemed fine. The bathroom, however, was gross and filled with dead bugs and mold. The toilet seat was not cleaned either. Our fridge was leaking and the table was clearly not wiped down from the last guest that was there.
My wife and I were celebrating July 4 fireworks at Long-wood Gardens. I decided to book this last minute trip for us at Long-wood gardens. The hotel is comfortable and reasonably quiet if your room is away from the banquet facilities. The room was absolutely spotless. It was decorating with cute images on the walls and mirror space for both of our egos. Haha. For the three weeks that I stayed the staff was more than helpful with directions... The room we booked was clean and quiet. Front desk people were friendly. Only minor disappointment was lack of breakfast...House keeping was superior and in a timely manner. The only thing that didn't impress me was the very small shower stalls. A clean green and lush outer space with ample parking space. Comfortable rooms excellent location and the staff are really friendly... Enjoy...
The nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower was falling apart, and the toilet was dirty. I used it because I was desperate and couldn't hold my pee until I left. Y'all need to clean up the place
Room me and my gf got was alright. Thermostat was out of order, room smelled like cigarettes and there was a decent draft. However it was well kept, bed was decent sized and comfy, getting a room was easy and the owner / daughter where both very friendly.
The room was clean apart from the dead cricket in the closet area and the dead flies in the window. It was definitely a no-frills, roadside experience but was hassle-free. The staff were cheerful and helpful. It was exactly what I needed but I wouldn't recommend using it as a vacation stop.
Stayed here about 2 years ago and it was OK at best. Well OK would have been a big step up from what we experienced this time around. Extremely rundown, sheets were worn and thin but not as worn and thin as the towels. Really, you expect people to dry off with those things? There were boxes of tile stacked outside the office that were there two years ago, so that should tell you the speed at which renovations take place here! This place will definitely not be on our "stop list" the next time through West Chester.
I 100% recommend Cyclebar WC! The management and instructors make every rider feel welcomed and powerful. They actively listen to rider requests and make a point to foster community building. JUST BOOK IT!! It will be worth it :)
I'm immensely grateful to Jim Walker for his invaluable help with my Homeowners Insurance. His expertise ensured I grasped the policy and its specifics thoroughly. When I reached out, he promptly returned my call within an hour, swiftly arranging a n

Phenomenal. A great experience - we were looking forward to a plant based vegan dining experience, and it was amazing! The whole experience was so nice - the setting inside the historic house, and the service was exceptional, and the food... well t
