Tony was incredible. Not only did he come to our home and secure 4 devices (2 iphones and 2 laptops), but he was incredible patient and skilled in asking the right questions to identify opportunities for educating my aging parents on technology. He was efficient and very reasonably priced.

My first meeting with Tony was a great success! His knowledge base is vast and he explains the issues in a manner that is very accessible. Most importantly, he solved an issue related to my iPhone which has eluded the Apple Store, Verizon and scores of very smart, tech friends. It is a moder-day miracle!!!!!!
Tony spent several hours helping me clean up my MAC and getting it to run faster. After an attempted hack, I feel much more secure and know I have the necessary protections in place. He also reviewed our cellphones and iPad so that all of our Apple products are coordinated and run smoothly.
He was patient and answered all my questions. I made a list of questions and concerns before he came which was really helpful.
I can now sleep better at night!!!

Cut the cable to our home with the help of Tony with Senior Tech Support. He came to our home set up the new router, modem and ROKU sticks. He cancelled our Xfinity cable service. We now only use Xfinity for our internet service. Tony also trained us on how to use ROKU and answered our questions. An excellent experience with Senior Tech Support. We look forward to working with him and Senior Tech Support in the future!
