Lexi took the time to help me try on different pairs until I found the right pair. She has amazing customer service! I can tell that she loves her job and the customers. Shopped all the stores for sunglasses at Tanger and this place was it! Shea and Ana were very friendly and honest when trying to find the right shades. Not all brands were on sale but they worked with me the best they could and I will keep coming back. If you are looking for name brand shades 😎 go see these two! They even tossed in a couple extras which was above and beyond the other guys! 5 stars all day!

I have purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses for just myself and 2 for my husband. For this order I came in almost 2 weeks ago and ordered a pair of Ray Bans. I asked multiple times when they would come in, was told Wednesday. I called Wednesday because I still haven’t received them. Sunglasses weren’t even in the store yet. That took almost 24 hours to get that information back to me. I called again multiple times asking where they were since I’ve already paid for them. Friday night I called and the lady was rude said that wasn’t her job and she had no idea where they were. “But she would have a manager call me first thing Saturday Morning.” It’s now Saturday at 5:30, I just called because the sunglasses didn’t come in the mail when it ran today. The guy still had no idea where they were and said he would call me back. The customer service and lack of information has drove me to never purchased here again. All together 5 pairs of sunglasses and if I even get mine it’ll be our last pair.

I went to buy sunglasses as a gift for someone which is basically an impossible task. I told the salesperson generally what I was looking for, and she walked around the whole store with me pointing out options. She made my experience easy and enjoyable! I left with the perfect pair of sunglasses!

Been to many sunglass stores - Southern Shades had a more local, small business feel. Personal and attentive service. I got a killer pair of shades and even scooped up some comfortable flip flops! Would definitely return and recommend to anyone. Thanks to the southern shades crew!

I went here to get sunglasses for my wife as a surprise on a beach vacation we were taking. The selection was way better than the other stores I visited, and the staff was very helpful in letting me know what was in-style and what would look good. They were spot on and I was very happy!
