Beautiful playground with the tallest slides I’ve seen. My kids loves playing here as it works for all ages! There are bathrooms, pavilions, a tennis court with two nets, basketball court and a swimming pool, not sure hours even though it still had water in it during the winter months. There was a path around the park to take a nice walk and an inside gymnasium which we didn’t go into but appeared open. Will be coming back to this park for sure, it’s well taken care of and clean.
I’m from Port St. Lucie, FL and was taking a road trip to Pigeon Forge, TN. I stopped at this park as a pit stop to let my puppy and toddler stretch their legs. This 33 acre park is operated by Glynn County Recreation and Parks. The park has tall, beautiful oak trees that provide lots of shade and a nice scenic view, a large pavilion with restrooms, a big playground with slides and swings, a soccer field, tennis courts, pool, outdoor basketball court, a gym and indoor basketball court along with a multitude of special events. My favorite feature of the park was all the land and the trees. Selden Park is a beautiful facility with lots to offer. I’m rating 5 stars for the amenities and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
We were in search of a playground while we were visiting Brunswick, and this is the first one that popped up. The playground was nice, with plenty to do for all of my elementary aged kids. It was all in good condition!
There were tons of pretty oak trees around the property which would be nice when it gets hot out. They have a ball field, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a nice sized pool/splash area which I would assume is open during the summer season! Plenty of room to walk around too if you needed a safe spot to get your steps in. Good amount of parking (dirt lots).
The restrooms were not open (February 2021).
Well maintained lovely park with caring and attentive Parks and Rec staff especially Willie.
They have a nice, good size Gym that hold many. County government uses it on many occasions, and may family get togethers take place there. Have various playgrounds, picnic areas, public restrooms, animal friendly.
Great playground for kids! Theres the larger playground and a smaller one for the little ones! A few minutes off I-95, easy to get to and plenty of places to grab food before getting back on the road! Great little park!
Good sized park. We were there for a sweet sixteen event as a photographer. There was plenty of scope outside to take pictures with different backgrounds. Inside was basically a basketball court converted into a ballroom. But it was nice. Plenty of light, sound. the entrance to the building could be a little tweaked more
I walk my Dog almost everyday. The park is always clean and we'll kept. The staff are polite and do a great job. I do wish for some work of pit holes left front shelter but still good.
Amazing wraps for the price! We got breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our trip to Cumberland Island! So many options that we were able to create 3 different meals. Very easy to order online and not a crazy long wait.
I have been coming to Daddy Cates for over 10 years! It is still my favorite Cafe. Dee Dee is the sweetest host !! You must go by and try it out ! The Chilli Dogs are AWESOME!
Enjoyed dinner with my beautiful bride. We are a mixed family. She likes drums and garlic parm , and I like flats and sweet BBQ.
Love this restaurant. Owner and all of the wait staff is great. No matter who passes your table they still check on your
