I had an amazing experience at Segovia wine bar! The atmosphere was top-notch, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The wine selection was diverse and impressive, catering to various tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to return and explore their enticing food menu. Five stars all the way!
Absolute 5 starts on every front! My husband and I went for Sunday brunch today and it was fantastic. Wonderful tapas (small Spanish-themed bites) full of fresh flavor. Great selection of beverages and wine. Beautiful atmosphere in downtown Waco. Our service was professional, friendly and attentive. Segovia is definitely an original! You need to try it if you haven’t.
As someone who is both gluten and dairy free, what a pleasant surprise!! Being in the south I know that my allergies can be a challenge, but this restaurant had excellent options!! At first glance there doesn’t seem to be much, but the chorizo and shrimp are cooked in oil, not butter and the only thing I was missing out on was the bread. The potatoes were to die for and it was the best food I ate in Waco. Gina, our server, helped us pick The most fabulous wines to match the food we ate and the live music added to the atmosphere. I feel great after the food I ate and we had the best time. If I’m back in Waco, this is the first place im coming! What a gem!
Just excellent. This is an authentic Spanish wine bar with a great selection of primarily Spanish and Portuguese wines. They also have excellent tapas with many small plates and apps that are familiar to anyone who has been to Spain. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines they serve. They’re very open to letting you try wines until you find one you like. 100%
recommend.
Segovia wine bar is a must when visiting downtown Waco!! I absolutely loved the ambiance of a relaxing, cozy bar coupled with excellent live music. Staff is lovely and attentive to every detail. Don’t even get me started on the delicious tapas. If you are looking for a little taste of Spain right here in the heart of Texas, look no further. You will not regret visiting and I guarantee you will be making a trip back!!
Tapas Tapas Tapas!!! Freshly made Spanish tapas with so much flavor. I honestly couldn't tell you the correct name of what we were served (part of a food tour) but everything was excellent. The owner came out and gave us a detailed description of each item, and was very kind and generous. Oh, and the wine we tasted was prima! Highly recommend!
Great food and find in Waco! Enjoyed Segovia’s brunch last Sunday and the food was amazing. Perfectly spiced and the flavors of each dish were spot on. Courtney and her husband are great hosts and have created a unique location in Waco to enjoy good food and wine.

Green Door Lofts and the host, Jim, were amazing. The loft is centrally located with garage parking should you need it but it is within walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining. The loft was well appointed and stocked with comfortable living
The PHO here is amazing!! Holy cow yummy. I also tried the grilled pork bowlâit reminds me of Vietnamese vermicelli, but here itâs served warm. The âhouseâ fish sauce with it is very mild flavored. The menu only has a few items, but it all se

Tiffany is an extremely friendly and sociable human being! I had done a DIY piercing job at home, which was perhaps the worst way I could have gone about it. Lots of stress and anxiety. The cheap jewelry I used was a headache and I ended up not heali

The atmosphere is one of the best for coffee shops. It also is not as loud as most coffee shops. There is no drive thru and I think that is a plus as itâs not a frenetic coffee shop. Great selection on coffee the Congo had great notes and the baked
