I had a new alarm system installed in April with the graphic color interface as well as new smoke detectors to replace older models of both. I found the installer to be very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He was certainly a hard worker. Haven't had the system in long enough to know long term about the system itself, but I was impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness with the installer who did the work. He was excellent. I was also impressed with the customer service each time I called, including the monitoring number. I would definitely recommend and would use again for installation and monitoring.

Hi there, I would just like to express how dissapointed I am with the customer service that I was provided by your team today. I wanted to request a camera relocation in our shop and your customer service rep, informed me that it would be 45days until this can happen, as there are no techs available. I asked if i could move the camera location myself and she said "because we have an older version of the camera, it will be difficult to move". So then i asked, if i get a newer version, will a tech be able to come out sooner, and she again said "because we have an older version, it will be difficult to move" I asked to be transferred to cancellation, and then that rep said that I was allowed two more cameras that i could install myself, but constantly reiterated that because i'm on a "DIY plan" that i would have limited access to alot of services. After being on the phone for 14 minutes, i decided to finally just cancel, and then she said that i wasn't able to cancel the services, yet I was able to make any other decisions for the account. I asked her if she could call the authorized user directly and she said that she didn't have two way capabilities. So i asked if i could call him myself, and she said that she didn't have time to wait because she has other calls to get to. I guess my call wasn't as important because I wanted to cancel my services. Never have we requested anything more than the services provided and once we've asked for help with something Security tech could not provide any services. Pretty dissapointing after having your services for over 4 years. We were never contacted to be upgraded to better camera systems or anything. Poor customer service. Helen in billing was great though.

Always are there to deal with things and always have good advice.

This company should be shout down.
