STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR SECURITY GUARD SERVICES.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND RISK YOUR SAFETY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.. Your safety is too important for that. I hired this company to provide us with 2 Armed Security Guard for a private event. They never showed up and never provided the service i paid for. 1hr after they were set to be at the party I called Glenn . He then tells me he doesn't know what i am talking about. Then tells me there was a mix-up.. Which i think is a lie. Then i find out they didn't even have me on schedule but yet took my money. They decided to send me blart the mall cop 3hrs later. Which is not what i paid for.. Waste of time.. They haven't called since the incident to apologize or explain what happened. Plus they haven't even refunded me my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY..

TERRIBLE! This is seriously the worst company I've ever worked with (If I may say so) because they never showed up. Not only to 1 event I had but 2 events in 2 different cities. Completely useless, unable to solve issues and their ability to handle schedules and times is completely disastrous! They will not show up to your events, so don't bother. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Hired them four months ago and they have been good. Reporting and communication has been their biggest strength. Our account manager Jay has been amazing. He updates me on any issues we have since I am an offsite property manager. Recommend their team to anyone looking for security.

They've been spamming me with unsolicited phone calls for more than a year despite my repeated requests that they stop soliciting my business--it finally got to the point that I submitted a complaint to the FTC for violation of telemarketing laws. Add to that the fact that all the positive reviews are obviously fake (weird names and most have only posted one review) and it tells you what kind of company this is.

Very professional and reliable service. Great for everyday security needs. We hired United Security at our Credit Union, shortly after it was robbed, and the armed guards made us staff feel much more safe, and ensured there were no future incidents. Thank you USS!

Terrible communication. No commitment to employees. You will drive all around The Inland Empire for work. Will make you use own vehicle for patrol. Would not recommend to anyone. Been here for about a month and I have seen personally six people quit.

This company steal pay check taxes and lies to employee and over works you or well never call you for work or give you little work. Besides that they charge you allot for uniforms and never gives you your full money back. They know that your not going to work so they make money from you from uniform charges of $190 dollars.
