Securitas Technology - Security service in Miramar - 3231 Executive Way, USA

Do NOT use this security company in the Town of Palm Beach. Can you give a company NO stars? If I could, then Stanley Security would get no stars. I've used the company for longer than I should, given their miserable customer service. I've timely paid their fees. On the rare occasions when the security alarm goes off, the folks who call are not very friendly. But I could live with that because thank goodness my neighborhood is very safe, security is good and alarm calls are few. However, my system recently had an equipment failure. I called the customer service phone line for help. No human answered. I left a message. There was no reply. I called repeatedly and nothing happened. I sent an email message and received a standard form reply with generic information saying "you are important to us" or something like that but nobody ever called to help. Then I tried to cancel my contract and still nobody responded. They really have the worst customer service of any company I've ever used for anything. I cannot even get someone to call me back to cancel their service. Your company truly has the worst customer service. Pathetic.
