Never ask this company to fix your equipment, they outsource the technicians with zero procedure manuals for those third party techs. I've been waiting 4 months with Zero communication from this company and I don't expect any due to their piss poor customer service.

They have all been around forever and are not terribly great at training new employees in their ways and coaching them to grow how they want, as your first field tech position you're supposed to be a perfect fit right away with no guidance. Not to mention their HR department is a joke and almost impossible to get a hold of.

Continue the 1 star rates. Once retired, expect nothing from this company. No lifetime healthcare, no pension package, no parting gifts, no end of year bonus. Nothing! Absolutely, heartbroken.

Great team. These folks are a pleasure to work with and we find them to be reasonably priced. They keep their staff on the cutting edge of available technologies.
