Sebastian Sands Motel - Motel in Sebastian - 14415 US-1, USA

Lovely place and the staff is fantastic although Megan and Dustin are just starting as the new management they are on TOP of EVERYTHING. If you have any problems they take care of it immediately. The room I stay in is super nice, newly remodeled room. a/c blows very cold, beds are comfortable. Located close to everything and is complete walking distance. I would highly recommend these place.

Place was a dump. I booked through Agoda and the pictures were nothing like the actual place and also wasn’t even the same name. Tried to get a refund but Agoda said that the owners wouldn’t refund even though it was false advertising. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and also don’t use Agoda as they just take your money. I have written to the Better Business Bureau and if the owners want to say what stated is false I have proof which I sent to the Better Business Bureau.

It was interesting and I'm still a little confused. Check in was outside and the office was closed. Had to fill out and initial about 4 different forms and show (they took a picture of) your state id and pay the "additional" $20 due to the "motel". The room was interesting and we're still a little puzzled. The room has a physical key with a lock and deadbolt lock. The interior was clean and had a comfortable foam mattress, small fridge, two burner cook-top, shower water-pressure was nice, ac worked and even had a ceiling fan. It looked less like a motel room and more like a guest room at someone's house. There were other people/families living there either full time, or at the very least, long-term. It was quiet and clean, but not quite sure if we will stay again.

Stayed one night. If you are looking for a basic place to sleep for the night its fine. Room was clean. It had a mini fridge and a hot plate. The dresser was one of those cloth cube types but it will hold clothes. The AC worked well. The cons are that the bed was one of those boxed ones on a frame. The whole thing would slide on the floor every time i went to lay on it. They supposedly had wifi but the only open one i found was for the riverside plaza across the street and it was horrible. The tv service was through apple and it was spotty. Tried to use the pool but it was locked. Spent 10 min trying to get ahold of somebody to open it. Nobody was at the front desk and this was ay 950 am. Sign said to call so i did and was told it would be open shortly. 1015 got there and i went back and it was still closed. Left at 11 and checked and it was still closed. Deff would not go back.

I can only say that our first impression and experience went better than expected given the circumstances, the manager was very friendly and helped a family member and her children that were out of time and options put a roof over their heads when all other attempts deemed futile. We can't thank you enough for helping us at this time.

The new Owners from Miami think this place is a Hilton! This is the worst management, Rude, Crude, and absolutely horrible customer service! They also push for you to pay “Cash”, I guess to avoid the IRS. The rooms have Mold, in need of serious repairs & refurbishing . Roaches & bugs everywhere, the mattress sink. If you are thinking of staying here, for what they charge now, you can stay in nearby places that are an upgrade from this place, will never come back here again.

Do NOT stay at this place. It's full or roaches and mold and they think a coat of paint changed that. They expect you to pull weeds by your room and want to go in your room whenever they want with the excuse of a random room check. The female that works at the office, Juliet, likes to single people out and make their stay miserable so they leave without giving you a refund. I had to spray for roaches weekly and buy an air purifier just to be able to sleep because of the smell. I am disabled and was still told I had to pick up trash in front of my room left by other people staying here and had to pull the weeds outside my room and I can't even bend over so she tried to fine me $25.

Stay far away. The female in the office lost her home and moved into motel and finds any excuse to kick people out and keep their deposit. They claim its extended stay home and that's why you are resp ok ansible to maintain the outside area but kick you out without warning to keep hour deposit. They have more rules than a halfway house. Roaches and mold in rooms and they think a coat of paint fixes that. I saw several people get kicked out while there and their deposit was never returned. Wake up to roaches in bathroom and front door every morning.
