Seaview Villas - Lodging in Santa Rosa Beach - 4545 E County Hwy 30A, USA

I love this place, we’ve stayed here twice with 7 of us. Second floor the first time and 4th floor the next. Beach access is closer, biking to shops and Seaside are easy to get to. But with all the new houses going up and staying right on 30A, everything is louder. Cars and trucks going by and construction across the street doesn’t make for a quiet time sitting on the porch overlooking the pool.

Perfect vacation spot with grade "A" accommodations in condos that I have rented. Short walk to the beautiful, white-sand beaches. Swimming pool right outside your back door and centrally located to all entertainment. Our owners used "Oversee" vacation rentals for our place and they really made the stay comfortable with their hospitality app and great communication. I almost forgot the most important part! Although it's a short walk to the beach, it's a PRIVATE beach. Just down the road they're crammed in like sardines, but the beach here is practically empty. Great selling point in my view!

We had a fabulous stay at Seaview Villas! The pool was wonderful, condo was big with nice view of the ocean, and private beach was clean and uncrowded!! Definitely would love to stay again ❤️

We’ve stayed multiple times and enjoy every moment had with friends and family in our place! Best view! Middle building top right! Included private beach and private entrance onto beach. Very close to property. Easy peasy!

Very fancy rooms. Nicely & comfortably set up. Pool is a safe depth for most kids. Walk to beach is about 2 blocks but on private trail.

Quiet, small condo complex that's an easy walk to the beach on a private path. Beautiful pool. Close to dining and other activities. Between Seaside and Rosemary Beach - all the luxury without the crowds.

Brent the chair vendor that sea view Villa has hired is a trip ruiner. He cussed out my mother in law & told me he didn’t care what we used to keep my 3 month old out of the Sun. He also threatened to stop our card access to the beach. I remind you this is their chair vendor. Do not go here unless he is fired.

Staff AND guests very polite. Beautiful space and very clean. Elevator in building A broken but otherwise perfect
