Seattle Marriott Bellevue - Hotel in Bellevue - 200 110th Ave NE, USA

This hotel wasn't the best Marriott property. The rooms were the saving grace, the views were magnificent. Everything though seemed renovated, the cleanliness wasn't that great. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, the staff don't like their job, the hotel is VERY expensive, and the restaurant is decent at best. Hyatt Regency Seattle or the Marriott Waterfront is way better. Don't waste your money here.

The room was nice but small. The room wasn’t cleaned properly as we found garbage and a dirty sock in the room. Even the shower had some black mold spots. The toilet seat was cracked in 2 spots. We arrived for 2 nights and coming from Canada we were looking forward to this amazing hotel. However upon arrival we found out that valet is $45 a day and if u don’t want to do valet then u have to park a block away in a public parkade (no other options). If you want wifi it’s $15-20 a day. We asked what level the pool/hot tub was on only to find out … that’s not an option at this hotel. First time visitors to seattle and we got a view of the roof entrance…. Ok fine. But then the AC didn’t work right. We turned it cool at night. When it kicked in it was nice and cool. Then it would turn off and get super hot. So all night we were blankets off sweating, blankets on freezing. I’d never recommend this hotel. At $500 a night they don’t have the basics most cheaper hotels have. What a disappointment the Marriott was. I’d like to say the staff was very friendly and did the best to help when they could.

I have no idea how this can even be considered great service. We left our room at 10am and came back at 10pm to find the room not cleaned. And yes, the sign was not on given I had worked out earlier than 10am and took it off. The gym has ZERO mats for you to work out in. The M Lounge snacks were below average at best with lack of options at night.

Today was a complete unavoidable fiasco! I was helping a very nice lady today as she was embarking on a 2 month cruise out of Seattle. She realized she left her phone behind at the Bellevue Marriot. This is a 15 mile drive in traffic. I used my phone to call them to see if the phone was found. Housekeeping went and found it. Yay! ....or so we thought... We let them know we would send a taxi driver to retrieve the phone and bring it to the Pier. We were put on hold and then told her manager said no. She then said they could ship it. That obviously wasn't going to work as she was leaving the country! So they couldn't hand it to a driver to having delivered, but they could ship it due to protocol. She called them again to explain the circumstances. A resounding NO. Really? We hastily chartered a cab to retrieve her phone and she thankfully returned in time to catch her voyage! A big expense, a lot of undue stress! As someone who prides myself in customer service, this was a seriously bad decision made by a manager. This wonderful traveler was extreemely thankful for my help and insisted in giving me a very nice gratuity. I work for various charities and will make sure they never hold events here again. They also housed my inlaws for a year after they suffered a devastating house fire. I will let the insurance adjusters know to never to book this hotel again. Thank you

This hotel is right in the Bellvue downtown. The views from the hotel rooms overlooking the mountain ranges. Ask for a room facing the interstate. Our reservations came with access to the M.club lounge, The breakfast was good although the menu got monotonous for folks staying more than a day. I think the scrambled eggs can be done somewhat better. You get nuts, chips, granola, soda, bottled water and candies throughout the day in the M club and on certain days they also serve snacks, pastries and coffee in the evening. There is a laundromart onsite. The hotel staff is friendly and helped me with the bell hop rides. It's a free shuttle if you plan to visit other spots in downtown bellvue.

This will be my go-to hotel if I am coming to Bellevue in the future. The staff is friendly especially the valet guys, the lobby is well maintained and the room is fully equipped with user friendly layout. One important thing to mention is that they have the hand-held shower head not like most of the hotels with fixed/glued on the wall thingy. Everything in the room works properly and very satisfied with the firmness of the pillows.

there's no self-parking option available, and you're forced to use valet service. It felt like an unnecessary hassle and a way to squeeze extra money out of guests. NO FREE INTERNET AT YOUR ROOM.. unnecessary hassle to get anything.. Breakfast was just another bad experience with higher prices than average..

Our stays were from 6/13 to 6/16 booked on a third party website and the hotel financial manager told me through a call about few days ago that the third party dropped the reservation without any proof, so I was charged by the hotel. Today is 7/18 and I still didn’t see the proof. No one told us anytime when we stayed in the hotel about the third party dropped our reservation and the hotel will charge us directly until we discovered the charge from the credit card monthly statement… we were double charged by the third party and the hotel. In reality, I think the hotel couldn’t get the payment from the third party company, so they simply deferred the responsibility for third party management and risk control and protection to the customers. All I was told is my credit card is charged for the regular deposit and will be refunded within 5-7 business days. At the end, they used the card to make a secure deposit for the payment the third party companies supposed to make to them. I felt sad I spent so much time on this. If they had told us soon, we could stop the payment to the third party asap. I have to say if this is not a fraud, then what is a fraud? Are we as customers exposed to risk without being noticed that we need to make sure the third party companies will pay to the hotel or we need to pay for both of them.
