Huge variety of asian arts. There are even a few interactive parts too! Every piece was so beautiful and it was located in such a beautiful park as well. It is kind of located next to this big ugly pond that looks a bit out of place but if you turn you back you will be so mesmerized by how beautiful the surrounding area is. The staff are so nice and directed us towards lockers (free) to store our stuff. The museum is designed intuitively so you know where to walk next. The whole building is architecturally beautiful and pleasing. The best part of museums is looking through the gift shop but unfortunately the gift shop here is just a small corner. Nonetheless a beautiful museum!
Fantastic Wedding Venue!! I'm a wedding photographer based in Seattle. My wife, Mary and I have photographed weddings at the Asian Art Museum before, but this last wedding was the first one since the remodel. The space is incredible, and great for photography!! The front facade is a gorgeous backdrop for ceremonies, and if you want your cocktail hour inside, the Nancy D. Alford Park Lobby is a fantastic room surrounded with floor to ceiling windows. I loved being able to capture the guest in all that natural light! If you're looking for an exceptional venue that's conducive for excellent wedding photography, the Seattle Asian Art Museum is a perfect choice.
Beautiful building with many beautiful historical pieces. The Asian art museum is fairly small and no longer has tours but its guards and staff are very nice. I recommend visiting the gift shop it has many pretty souvenirs.
Absolutely amazing collection of art pieces. This is a small space, but packed with lovely works. The building and spaces are fantastic, such beautiful architecture. If you find a tour group wandering around, sneak in, you will pick up some tidbits. Tickets are fairly priced for the venue and there are plenty of lockers if you need to store anything.
A beautiful art museum and exhibit! They have so many unique and interesting pieces to see and learn about! I love that everything is captioned, the staff is very friendly, and the place is very organized and clean! They offer free entry on the last Friday of the month which is absolutely wonderful! Parking is right in front, and there is also a beautiful scenery outside! Great place to learn!
Very enjoyable way to spend an afternoon. The exhibits were nicely laid out with insightful display descriptions. Especially liked the comparison of the Edo and Paris renegade art.
One of the best museums in Seattle! The art was stunning, location was beautiful, and it was fairly priced! I was especially pleased with the mix of both contemporary and historical art which told a story of evolution. They also had an interactive digital painting station that really impressed me. The only downside is it’s limited opening hours, but definitely worth your time.
We had a lovely visit on a Saturday afternoon. The curation of the exhibits was exceptional. We loved the ahistorical subject matter emphasis. The combination of contemporary art with the historical collection offered wonderful comparisons and added complexity.

We love this coffee shop in North Admiral. We've been coming here since it opened and it is consistently excellent. The staff are always engaging and put a smile on my face. We also love to sit out front in the Adirondack chairs and talk about life.
The only drip coffee worth drinking! So delicious! It was thick, bold and flavorful. All-too-often, coffee shops, even well-known ones, give you watered down poor-tasting coffee but Santo did not. They exceeded my expectations. The environment was gr
