Seasons Shopping Center - Shopping mall in Milpitas - 1535 Landess Ave, USA

I shop Seafood City store occasionally for Asian vegetables which were decently priced a while ago! They have authentic Filipino barbecue that I haven't tried. Goldilocks bakery is in the same mall. Goldilocks has a good selection of cakes and pastries. Ample parking.

We had lunch here at Max's. Food was great their chicken is awesome here. A bit pricey tho.

This shopping center not only has stores around the parking lot as a typical corner mall would have, it also has an indoor shopping mall with a Seafood City Supermarket as the anchor.

Good place to eat for most people as you have a choices, from indian food, Vietnamese, Korean and even sea food

The women's restroom inside was always dirty every time I went there. Trash bins inside the stalls were full and overflowing. One faucet was always leaking. Makes the customer have to clean up after themselves, and not everyone does but I don't blame them, it's not the customer's job.

Pinoy Hotspot in Milpitas, our family loves coming here in Bay Area stop-overs, just to get our Seafood City and pinoy bakeries fix lol. Can never miss seeing an occasional Bay Area CNA or medical class graduation ceremony in the adjacent mini hall inside. Thankful for the public restrooms for use, inside nearby too. Just wish this center/area was more clean and up-to-date overall. Otherwise, glad everything go-to for grub is still here. Thanks again Bay Area, specifically Milpitas.

Parking lot is terrible. Needs to be restriped. You have no idea where the lines are for the parking stalls. I've had my expensive car dinged a couple times by some poor drivers parking too close.

Whenever I feel cravings for Filipino food I always come to this place even if I have to drive 17 miles. prices are affordable, lots of choices and will always satisfy my taste. I always bring my patient client to this place and they will be satisfied just like me. People there serve with smile and very respectful and most of all very accommodating.
