I love my apartment here at seasons 704! The maintenance is so fast- usually same day and the staff is amazing! I would 100% recommend living here. Great price for what you get! Also, the re-signing process is SO easy.

Suleman has provided such a great experience with the move in process. The office is very responsive which leads me to believe it is a good community. The tour was great. The grounds were clean. I am excited to move in. They really seem to be on top of it.

Ever since we moved in to Season 704 we have had a good experience.. Daniela helped us with our leasing and so did Suleman, they are very kind people and help you with any info you need to make your moving in process easy . Julio the maintenance guy he is phenomenal, the moment you put in a service request he comes in and handles it right away , I have never experience this service anywhere else ! We need more people like Julio & this team .

Love this place. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless. I went onto their website on Monday, viewed the available apt on Tuesday and had my keys in hand on Thursday. The staff is quick and very organized. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Lastly the apartment is very clean and well kept. I didn’t find any fault with my place. Give them a try, take a look at the apartment, you’ll be glad you did.

I moved to Seasons 704 about 2 months ago from Texas. The property feels very tropical, and safe on weekends/night. Suleman, and the entire leasing team has been very welcoming and helpful. Any maintenance issues have usually been fixed within 2 days, I am very appreciative of Julio's hard work and dedication to his craft! Thank you team!

Suleman made the process from the beginning to the end very smooth & pleasant. Very respectful and knowledgeable guy, this has been one of the most welcoming experience I have had with finding a good apartment. It is staff like Suleman that makes it a pleasure to live in this community.

I would first like to start by saying how much I appreciate what an asset Season 704 apartments have in Sulemon Murray. His service was impeccable. This past Saturday I came looking for an apartment due to recent weather events to my home town in Hudson, FL where hurricane Idalia completely ruined my home. I was in the market looking for a new location down south FL and when I reached out and visited he was there and ready to help find a solution. Although I have yet to make my final decision it must be recognized the white glove service Sulemon provided. From the moment we interacted he was ready to help me create a plan. He went above and beyond providing full details of the process, had answers to all of my questions and did not pressure me in any way. I felt very comfortable and people need to know that this kid is very knowledgeable and has that natural genuine care to get someone into a home. Thank you Sulemon for your candor. We love and appreciate who you are.

I would say that our experience was decent at best overall. It didn't start out so decent, though. My wife and I had moved down here from Virginia and were living in a hotel until we were able to find a more permanent place to live. From the get-go, we intended to be completely open and honest about the types of pets that we have (rabbit, parakeet, and pet rat) because we don't want to live where they're not allowed even if we do have to pay for them, which we are. $35.00 a month...for all three....including the parakeet and rat that live in cages. For the record, that was one of the deciding factors that made us not want to renew our lease. Every apartment complex we looked at offered to not charge us for any of our pets, and the one we decided on is charging us for significantly less than what we would've been charged had we renewed our lease with the pet fees. To be more specific: the base rent at our new place is a bit more than Seasons 704 would've been, but because they are not charging us for the pets we have, we are paying way less than we would have at Seasons 704 with the pet fees. One other factor was the fact that the fees were mentioned, but were not included in the lease for the original apartment we had decided on and we had already signed the lease for that apartment, because a certain individual claimed that we didn't mention we had pets, (or that they "forgot" we mention them). That led to a huge increase in our rent, which was more than what we could realistically afford and another week in our hotel in order to wait for one that we could. Despite that encounter, our time here was relatively good. Maintenance personnel were spot on when it came to fixing problems, usually within a day(or two depending on the problem), and the front gate was finally fixed (although there is a noticeable gap near the ditch for people to walk in if they wanted to and they're not supposed be here). Last note: I'm not a smoker. My wife isn't either. But if you are one at the moment (even if you vape), you only have two options. Quit or get tossed out.
