Wonderful food and great staff. Our server Hannah particularly stood out with impeccable timing and great interaction.
The Cheese Puffs are like Brazilian cheese bread and come out soft and steamy in the middle with a beautifully crispy crust all around. The Rainbow Trout spread is a great addition to the Cheese Puffs with a delightful smoky note and smooth texture.
The “That will do Pig” crispy pork belly was wonderful and blended with the sweet potato purée and “Cowboy Caviar” (corn, bean, and squash) very favorably.
The Short Rib was incredibly tender and with great Yukon mashed potatoes. The vegetables were very nice looking, but didn’t add much flavor in opinion.
We enjoyed everything so much that we came back for brunch the next morning.
Again everything was great. The French toast was soaked fully through and cooked beautifully. The bacon was the perfect blend of just slightly juicy and mostly crunchy. They asked hooded done we wanted our scrambled eggs. And the cinnamon roll and scone were incredible.
Hit this spot for brunch on our way out of town and we can’t wait for our next visit to go for dinner! Their menu is outstanding and the service was top notch with every interaction we had. Definitely give this space a try, we were so happy we did!
My wife and I had a perfect dinner here at Seasoned. We enjoyed the homemade bread, short rib smothered in local vegetables, a great blackberry hard cider, and the most amazing peach tarte.
Good experience at Seasoned.
3 courses of good food. Nicely Seasoned.
It was hearty portions, presented smartly. Mixed with local wine from Snowy Peaks. A good night was had.
Staff friendly and helpful throughout.
Recommend That'll Do Pig and anything with corn puree/cream. Oh and make sure to book!
Fantastic experience. We did the three course tasting experience. Everything we ate was out-of-this-world delicious. Best food in Estes Park, especially for the price in a more expensive area.
This place is great, a true gem among the tourist traps around the main walking area in Estes Park. They are make their brunch menu off of seasonal products from local farms, so it is all very fresh and very delicious. The service was also excellent - friendly, efficient, small town feel. We live in Denver and honestly if a place like this were in Denver it would be one of our top choices for brunch
Fancy restaurant in Ester, great customer service. You get a free taste of wine. Food is excellent. Although the appear to chage their menu pretty frequent and I had the chance to try their smoked trout spread with capers. Then the fat duck was tender and juicy with wild rice. Its a small dinning portion, in case you are thinking to fill yourself all the way up, this is not the place for that. Dessert was interesting, as the chocolate sponge roll had a chilly dipped in chocolate. I ate the chilly and it was a lot of fun!!
My wife and I ordered the Thursday dinner special. We both ate the fried chicken dinner and it was the best chicken we have ever eaten. The service and cocktails were amazing. The best birthday and 42 nd anniversary dinner ever.
