I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing and super close to the board walk, tons of food places and convenience stores nearby. Safe area, clean area. The staff here is very nice, room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again for April vacation coming up next spring. Loved it thank you guys.

I did not have the highest expectations going in because, as they say, you get what you pay for. This place totally exceeded my expectations and at the price point, this inn really can't be beat! The room was super clean and modern. Staff was really friendly and check in was easy. They even offered us a room on the ground floor instead of our original third floor room in order to accommodate a member of my party. In the past, I have paid a lot more for a lot less so I was really impressed to say the least. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The rooms are very nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. The area is quiet, yet is very close to the boardwalk and beach. Friendly staff! It's a great price for the convenience/location of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a complete disgust. We had room 102, smelling like mold, dirty, floor was making your legs black in a second. We requested full cleaning daily, since we were with a 2 years old child. It has been made only 1 day and only the beds and towels, nothing else. We only recommend this place for the location.

I stayed with my daughter and four of her friends for Memorial Day weekend. Check in was easy. I was very impressed with how clean, and updated the rooms were. We stayed in the 2 adjoining rooms. It was perfect as the girls had bunks and I had my own room. The location was perfect as the boardwalk was 1 block away. I highly recommend Seaside Sands for a quick getaway. ||The owners were very nice and helpful.||||Only thing I suggest is to provide hooks in the bathroom or bedroom to hang a towel or light jacket.

I will be totally honest and tell you that we were very skeptical in staying overnight at Seaside. We had heard some bad experiences of our friends. But we were so pleasantly surprised with the service we received and overall vibe in Seaside. Host is so kind and helpful. I will highly recommend this place to stay with family.

Great location like 2 blocks from waterpark & 1 block from boardwalk. A lot of the pictures of other hotels in areas had me not wanting to visit at seaside at all but this place is great & rooms have a modern look. Mary & Alex were great & also helpful when I needed to change my date. Will be back.

Mari and her husband were very welcoming and accommodating. The check in and out process was easy and the room we stayed in was very clean. We appreciated the parking availability in their lot. The hotel is near the boardwalk, but not close enough to hear the noise from others. Loved that! I would book there again!
