Very simple but clean and comfortable. I really appreciate everything.

This was our first visit to MAine and so glad we choice this place. The owner of the location was the best i have ever dealt with. My husband and I travel a lot and have never had the hospitality like this place gave us. He took his time to inform us on things we could do the next day and how to get there. His customer service was PHENOMENAL. rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. WE had a great experience that we are returning in 2 weeks with my son and his wife and my grand kids. !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF GOING TO OLD ORCHARD BEACH!!!!!!! They deserve 100 stars

Our stay was awesome! The room was beautiful and so freshly renovated. It seemed like no one else had ever stayed in the room..immaculate. The owner, Bani, and his entire staff/family, could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. There are many other options in town but, not for us, when we go back, we will go back here.

The People who own this motel Bani & Zub are very nice and accommodating. They did everything in their power to make my wife and I feel welcome. Rooms are nice location is good. Free breakfast on the weekend. If you're looking for a reasonable summer get away and want a warm welcoming feeling by the owner it's family owned this is the place to go.

The owners were awesome, very welcoming and accomodating. The room was immaculate. It felt like we were the first people to ever stay in it. Can't beat the price. Close to everything you could desire. Highly recommend it and will be back!

We are couple that do our homework before we travel and book anywhere. We rely on reviews and honest feedback from other guests.||The wonderful things written about this relaxed and convenient Motel were so very true. How many Motel owners do you know who actually take the time, sit back and socialize with you. How many owners share family and local discussions...well, meet Bani and Zub; the nicest hosts that one can ask for....||One of the best prices in town; but not for the clients that expect the beach outside your door. You actually have to travel about 1.5 miles into the tourist trap area.||Otherwise; a simple trolley outside the door can be your transportation for $2 a ride.||Hope you try them and enjoy... BTW; they love Canadians and their continental breakfasts are awesome..

J'ai apprécié mon séjour.||Points positifs: prix emplacement et propreté.||||Points à améliorer: séchoir dans la chambre. Remplacer les serviettes à la journée.||||Le personnel est très gentil et vous accomode. Il y a un seven eleven (dépanneur) l'autre côté de la rue. Resto en face et à 2 min d'un dunkin donut. Il y a une navette qui vous amène à la plage pour 1$ qui passe à tous les 30 min devant le motel

English follows||Situe a 1.6 miles de la plage, voici un endroit fraichement renove. Les proprietaires en sont a leur premiere saison ici. Planchers, matelas, salle de bain, tout est neuf!||Bani et Zub sont des hôtes incroyable. Dejeuners continental chaque matin. Ils aiment passer la soiree sur la terrasse exterieure a jaser avec leurs invites! Zub nous a meme propose de nous faire de la guacamole avec des chips un soir!||Motel de 8 chambres, on est servi comme des rois! Il y a une navette qui passe au 15 minutes pour nous amener a la plage. 1$ de jour , 2$ apres 6 heures.||bref, c'est vraiment une belle decouverte cet hotel! Depanneur 7/11 en face, liquor store a 2 minutes de marche et pleins de restaurants tout pres.||Located 1.6 miles from the beach, this is an 8 rooms motel. The owners renovated all their rooms. brand new flooring, bathroom, matresses, refrigerator, microwave.... This is their first season as owners!||Bani and Zub are just awesome. They are welcoming and available for every questions you might have. They love to sit with you outside at night and talk with their guests. One night Zub even offered to make guacamole for us to eat.||There is a shuttle every 15 minutes thats brings us to the beach, 1$ during the day and 2$ after 6.||There is a 7/11 right in front of the motel and a liquor store 2 walking minutes from the motel. Many great restaurants are at walking distance.
