I travel for work all the time. We stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel that is less then a 5 min walk from the beach. The service was outstanding and the room was dated but very kclean and bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay again.
The beds are infested with bedbugs. We were both eaten up in the morning. Hot water was NOT hot! My girlfriend tryed taking a bath. The water was cold in 10 minutes. The two extremely important amenities, hot water and an infested bed! $89 a night. Never again. You get what you pay for!
I would not recommend staying here. We arrived and were told that they still had to clean the room, which was fine since it was still early in the day, however it only took the cleaning lady eleven minutes to clean the entire room. We went in and found security bars on the back window, the front window lock was broken, there was a dirty pillow case on the ground, the shower curtain was old and very dirty, no smoke detectors in the room, and the sheets were so thin that you could see the lines on the mattress. It did not appear to be a safe or clean area. We decided to cancel our reservation and stay at a different place.
Small place with average size rooms. U get what u pay for BUT it is always very clean & have been here numerous times & never had an issue. Parking inside, private little parking inside the premises & not noisy. Bathrooms clean & room, plus organized & beds comfortable.. plus nice TV!
When we first moved here, (from across the country), We stayed two nights until we could find over accommodations. First the guy who booked us was great, nice polite and no-issue. However, when we arrived all of a sudden the female wanted to charge us more than we were quoted. Got that situation handled and get into room. Parking is eh.. tight and not convient. Apparently there was a guy renting a room permanently and his truck was parked haphazardly.. and he was loud. Room itself at first glance wasn't bad. UNTIL we went to shift the bed to get something my daughter dropped and it rolled under - upon which we found used (obviously) sex toys between the mattresses and under wear.. gross! We immediately checked out and will not be recommending.
We got the key for the room but someone was already laying there in bed, which was surprising and quite hilarious at the same time. The manager apologized profusely and upgraded us to a bigger room, so in the end all was well. The rooms were clean and quiet, so that was good as well.
Not the worst, but pretty close. No outlets in the room, so good luck charging anything. WiFi was spotty. The smoke detector was removed. Wires poking out of walls, which were too thin. I could hear normal conversation from neighboring rooms and the parking lot. Furniture is janky. Fixtures outdated and barely functional (towel rack is an old piece of PVC pipe). Area is somewhat shady, so you’re better off spending a few more dollars and going to a chain hotel.
Kinda rude guy at the window, just cold attitude. The place does need many days of solid cleaning, and a good fumigator. The roaches run the joint and don't pay for the room you do ! Ugg. Please go to a better hotel and enjoy a night without the fright of a roach invasion.

You can catch crabs on the trestle bridge. The beach is very big and the sand is very fine. The water is clear and the waves are big. Itâs a really nice beach. We bought a local spider crab for $20. Itâs delicious ð
Had been a long time since we have been here. Was a bit surprised with the prices, but everything is expensive these days, was worth the cost. Sandwiches were delicious, fries were so yummy, dipped in fresh ranch dressing.
This gym is open for active duty military, military retirees, DoD civil service and retirees. Some DoD contractors can use it too. It has lifting machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and basketball and racket ball courts.
