Amazing service! Everyone that works there was so sweet and helpful. Always a kind smile! Nancy especially helped my husband with fresh breakfasts each day, always kind when we needed more towels, and helpful with our checkout needs! We will come back next year and as long as they will have us. We’ve stayed many places in Port A and this one was all around perfect for us! CLEAN ROOMS, FRESH BREAKFAST, and a 2 minute walk to the sand!!!

I can’t say enough good about this place. The location is great. Its a very short walk to the beach. The staff there are exceptional especially Nancy but also the breakfast cook who I forget her name sadly. Everyone goes above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Large tv although I did not use it. The pool was clean even at the end of the labor day weekend and there is a shower there to wash off the beach sand. Breakfast was way beyond the typical continental style at most hotels. I will be back several times as I really enjoyed the beaches there.

Great hotel in a great area! Made it so easy for us to get to the beach it was literally right outside the parking lot! The room smelled nice when you walked up and everything was nice and tidy. We got it at a great price as well it was almost hard to believe. The staff are super nice and friendly and will accommodate you to your needs. They answered the phone quickly and they also had beach toys that you could borrow for the beach which is awesome if you have kids! 10/10 recommend.

We had a great stay. Very clean room with an amazing staff. You can't get any closer to the beach and the pool was very well maintained. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Super convenient location right by the beach. The price was right, the room was simple but clean. The name 'boutique' hotel might be a tad misleading, remember it's just a basic room, but the biggest draw of course is the location. Super friendly staff. We needed fresh towels when we checked in and was taken care of immediately. I would've liked a full size mirror in the room though. The rain shower was a nice touch.

We got in super late, past 1am. And we get to our room and there are bed bugs in the bed!!! I call the manager (the numbers on the office door) they apologize and say they’ll have someone meet us at the office to get the adjoining room, I refused because everyone knows bedbugs are ridiculously invasive ! Being that it’s now 1:45am we accept his offer to give us a different room on the same floor far from that room. We go see this room and IT HAS BEG BUGS TOO!!!! I text him a video and pictures and he says he’s coming himself to see because he doesn’t know what beg bugs look like! He comes and sees them and then offers 2 other rooms on the top floor, the first suite he takes us too has some funky stains on the sofas and beds and he says, “Nevermind, I’m just walking in here and wouldn’t stay in a room like this!” He apologizes and takes us to the very next room next door to that room that was even unacceptable to him. And I kid you not, even that last room has BED BUGS!!! He offered to call the best western down the road so we could stay there and said he wouldn’t charge us anything even though best western prices were higher, it’s now 2:45AM (only to come find out later that best western was actually cheaper). We get to the best western and the room is much smaller and not enough beds. I call him and ask for a refund and he says he can only refund me 1 night. I said fine I’m just going to cut my loses. Only to come home and find out 5 days later HE NEVER refunded anything at all! We ended up contacting out credit card company to dispute it with them directly on account of everything mentioned above! It was a horrendous experience!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! My family and I loved the rooms, great staff, breakfast was delicious (Nancy is awesome), being right on the beach was beautiful as well. Highly recommend!!!! Will be back for our 2026 family vacation! Thank you to the great team that made our first family vacation amazing! See y’all again 2025 🩷

Great place! Very clean and as close to the beach as you can get in Port A.. Front desk people and all staff very professional, nice and willing to accommodate really anything within reason! Had a great time with my family and thumbs up for the de-humidifier in the bathroom, dries out out the towels and wet bathing suits overnight! Rooms are modern and air conditioning and fans work very well! You can freeze the room out if you want…Price is right and breakfast is about what you’d expect! The two ladies that worked the breakfasts were awesome, filling coffee and picking up dirty plates, etc.. Pool guy was there cleaning the brand new pool every morning we were here (3 nights) Would definitely recommend!
