Seaside Beach House - Hotel in Seaside Heights - 45 Hamilton Ave, USA

Owner was amazing, employees were very thoughtful and considerate. I've never stayed somewhere where I felt so comfortable. The place was so clean, very happy. 10 at a 10 wood recommend and I normally have a complaint about something not there. I felt I had privacy. It had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms. And the price was very reasonable considering. If I were to stay in airbnb they were gonna charge me double the price.

Location is awesome, the service is outstanding. Had a great time.

Excellent Excellent Excellent place to stay and relax with families while on vacation. The rooms are great and the staff are very accommodating. The beach house was clean and I even brought along my dog as the staff are pet friendly. The backyard of the house was beautiful and they even had a grill outside and table and chairs to sit and eat also you can take a shower outside by the backyard which was a plus for me since i have a big family Joanne was very nice and quick to respond from the beginning this is when I booked my beach house until the end that's if I had any questions and or problems. My family enjoyed there time at the beach house and we will definitely be back again for our next vacation next year. Thank you Joanne and please thank your husband Steve and thank Jamie she was great and very nice and very accommodating thank you thank you for all that you have done and we definitely be back to do this again. WOW did I mention that the beach is right there and I got free passes and free parking WOW again you really can't beat that offer and definitely worth the price I paid for staying at the beach house thank you.

I was looking for a place to bring my 4 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. Found the Seaside beach house and couldn’t have been more satisfied. There are 3 stories, each with its own entrance. We had the ground floor and it had 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full size kitchen plus bonus small refrigerator and smaller stove in the rear bedroom apartment area. Rear door lead out to 2 gas grills and plenty of seating for all. Front door and rear door had different locks and I was given 2 keys to each. Joanne also asked if we needed separate keys for any of the bedroom door locks. I didn’t need them since we were all family. Joanne introduced us to Steve, that handles any maintenance issues and Jamie who cleans and supplies towels and linen for the place. Joanne gave me her number and stated to call her for any needs. We also had parking right along side the house for 5 cars. We met a few of the upstairs tenants and everything was wonderful. Seaside is definitely more of a family place then it was years ago! I look forward to returning again!

This place was fabulous! Perfect place to stay if you are visiting the beach and boardwalk. We literally walked up 2 blocks and we were at dunkin donuts on the boardwalk. How can you go wrong. The are no wheelchair accessible entrances but they did everything to accommodate us. There are surf boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and sand toys under the deck. Make sure you ask about them. It is nice to have that kind of stuff available. We had 2 families my husband and I and the 2 kids and my parents. I absolutely loved how she arranged our rooms. It was actually 2 rooms with a door in between the rooms so we could keep it open or closed for more privacy. I could go on and on. It was just a fabulous stay all around. Can not wait to go back!! The pic hopefully shows how close the beach is. We were right in front of beach house.

Great owners and management, very accommodating and helpful. This is the top end of the base motel situation you'll find in Seaside Heights anymore. The owners were honest and genuine. It's not a five star hotel and it's not supposed to be. Very down to earth and cozy. The apartment room we experienced was old of build and looks like it had been transformed over the years but had plenty of places to sleep. Everything you need and only what you need. It didn't have that "shiny clean" look you get in a corporate hotel - it's more like staying over at an out-of-town friend's bachelor apartment. But it worked great, was safe, and the hospitality was great. If I had to make a registration, I'd suggest bringing your own sheets and blanket, as some folks won't be as comfortable on the loved blankets that they have. Everything was clean, but if you're a germophobe or something, either stay corporate or bring your own sheets!

I've been coming to the shore longer than I can remember. My (now) wife, our bridal party and I were coming there for a nice getaway before the wedding. We reserved the room a few weeks ahead of time, but once we got there we were informed they were actually double booked for the suite we reserved. No big deal, they had a property right across the street they were able to rent to us for only a couple dollars more.||||It was actually a fantastic condo on the third floor. From the deck you could get a nice view of Funtown Pier (come back in 2014!!!), the boardwalk and ocean. If you turned your head the other way, you could see and hear Karma and Babmoo. Steve and JoAnn were extremely friendly and gracious hosts. ||||Our place to stay was modern, clean and the beds were super comfortable. You couldn't beat the price either. Some folks will complain about either and honestly, if that's the case, Seaside Heights isn't for them. We had a great time and my best man even shared a very funny (and kinda embarrassing) story from our stay.||I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed a couple nights off season. We stayed in an area with "shared" bathroom and common area with kitchen. That in itself was ok other then feeling a little creepy with strangers wondering about just outside the bathroom. The porch was very pleasant to sit outside on, thank goodness cause sitting around inside was not as nice.| The hallway rug back to our roomed smelled bad, really bad, like urine bad. The tattered bathroom rug, such as it was, was washed but had lingering stains on it from I don't what. Our "bed" had 1 sheet, 2 small pillows and an old bedspread that I can't say if it was clean. No top sheet so we had sleep with that thing on us. The bed was an old mattress type thing that had seen better days. | We came back the second night to a completely dark "smelly" hallway. We had a terrible time trying to find the light switch, talk about creepy and just more then a bit scary. | Cleaned up with a real bed though, would have possibilities for family reunions and such.||
