Seashell Suites is a true gem along the treasure coast. A quite, safe property, with colorful attention to detail around every corner to make your stay fun and memorable. We loved being steps away from the beach for peaceful morning strolls and evening fun. Covered patio area with grills made dinner easy rain or shine. Property is well taken care of, it's evident that this property is loved. If you want the comforts of home at the beach and enjoy cooking your own food, this is your place. Fresh towels for the beach or pool are always available, beach chairs and umbrellas are easy to access. You can hear the ocean from suites closer to the beach. The beach is a great spot to watch SpaceX launches, especially in the dark. You can even feel the rumble. Awesome shelling in both directions. Except for a trip or two to the grocery store or bait shop there's no reason to leave. Great place to make memories that will last a lifetime.

A hidden gem, this boutique resort is located on a beautiful private beach. The suites are spacious, clean, inviting and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner Wendell and his associate Carol do everything to make you feel welcome. We cannot say enough about what a great vacation we had. We will be back and would highly recommend this resort.

My family stayed at Seashell Suites resort a few years ago. We had the best time. The room was clean and had so many amenities, even sunblock and bug spray in the laundry area as well as snacks and drinks. The pool was amazing and the beach… perfection. We just had to cancel an upcoming trip due to illness and they refunded us fully. We are very thankful for the hospitality and cannot wait to return again. Great hosts! Gorgeous property!!!

This location is very quiet, private, secure, and gated in the evening. There is plenty of native plants around, giving the feeling of a rural tropical paradise. The suites here are the ideal size, with plenty of room. Notable, is the full-size kitchen, giving us the ability to make some of our own meals. |We used the community grill to make a steak, and it turned out perfect. The free breakfast was great with plenty of choices. We also enjoyed the snacks and beverages offered all day long. The beach and the beach deck were beautiful; any needed beach equipment is provided. The overall atmosphere is very peaceful, and the all the guests are very friendly. Many return every year, and we could understand why. |Additionally, the staff here were excellent and immediately addressed any needs we had. They even went above and beyond to fill a “wish” request. I will return, and hopefully bring my family to enjoy this little slice of Florida heaven.

A real gem on the East Coast of Florida. Quiet, secluded, and the type of quaint family place Florida used to have up and down both coasts. Great personal service with all the amenities. The deck overlooking the beach offers a great view! We were even lucky enough to watch a launch from Cape Canaveral from it. If you want to enjoy a Florida beach getaway the way it was before the highrises and crowds, then book your vacation here! (And there are some great restaurants a short drive away. But if you like to grill, Seashell has them available.)

I have stayed here many times and although I would like to keep this place to myself, I have to give them another rave review. This place is wonderful. 8 small, attached villas with 2 bedrooms bath kitchen area living area. back has a door to a grassy area you can walk your dog out back in evenings. Grill area with little gas weber grills to cook out tiki like atmosphere, pool with deck, sauna, private beach. When I say private hardily see anyone other than guest on the beach the dogs love it here. at night they have a gate that closes, and the resort is closed off to the public. It's in between Melbourne and Sebastion. All I can really say is don't hesitate book today you won't regret it.

The Seashell Suites is the place where you will feel and experience the real Florida vacation. On the water, Beautiful beach, No crowds. This was our second trip to Seashell Suites, and we will be back again. Wendell & his staff care about making everything comfortable for their guests. The beautiful grounds & scenery are so peaceful & quiet. Great winter getaway to just relax & enjoy the beach. The accommodations are comfortable & the beach is full of shells. They supply everything you need!
