Seahorse Inn - Motel in Manhattan Beach - 233 N Sepulveda Blvd, USA

5 Stars for everything! We will definitely be back. We had a great time here, from cleaning to staff, location and equipment, everything was perfect. The center and seaside of Manhattan beach are only a short walk away (including amazing views) and the manager was very helpful and gave us lots of tips. The room was very clean and everything necessary was available. Many thanks!

friendly staff. location very good. you can walk to the beach and the shops. the upgraded rooms were really nice. they had a small kitchen which was nice. very clean. the pool area was nice. I can warmly recommend. something strange happened one night and someone was knocking on the door, it was not nice to wake up. and we were scared.

Beds were nice but the sheets had some stains. The floor was carpeted. The pool was very nice and reached a depth of 8 feet. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from the beach. There are no ground floor rooms which could be a problem for those with disabilities. Service was great. They provided a microwave when we asked for it and am extra towel when needed. Overall a great hotel and I highly recommend it for the price.

I came in very late with a group after failing to communicate a late arrival (230am) and despite this, the man running the front desk was prompt and very friendly. Rooms were good. Location was good and safe and the pool looked great, I wish we had time in the morning to enjoy it a bit.

This place is a good value in a great location with everything you need nearby. It’s also quiet and they are nice. Presently they are renovating so there’s a lot of dust and there was a toxic smell in my room from cleaning the curtains. They said from a previous guest smoking. I’ll come back when they remodel to give a better review. I saw the remodeling and the rooms look nice but I woke up with red eyes not feeling well and tight lungs from the smell. My last stay was better. The rooms are set up fine and have the basics. They should air out the rooms longer and at least check them before renting them. I enjoyed the pool most.

Lovely little motel with very friendly owners who will go out of their way to do what they can to make sure your stay is the best it can be! They have remodelled some of their motel rooms which are available as an upgrade and it's worth doing! They have done a really good job of the updating and the new rooms are very nice decorated with all the mod-cons you could want! We were celebrating special birthdays whilst their and the owners were very kind to give us flowers and wine to celebrate - what more could you ask for! Highly recommended for a nice place in Manhattan Beach if you don't mind being a little out of the action (about 20 minute walk).

I had to go to Manhattan Beach for a work trip and needed somewhere cheap for me and my associate to stay for two nights. The Seahorse had the best price, great ratings, and is in a great place. The rooms were clean, and the people at the front desk were amazing!

Considering this is a budget hotel it's very well maintained. Rooms are quite, basic but very clean with daily maid service. The owners are very nice and helpful. If you are staying more than a few days, ask to borrow a microwave as there are no kettles in the rooms. Tvs have lots of channels, and if you have netflix etc, you can sign in here and use it. WiFi is also free and a good speed. This is a good base if you have a car rental. Everything in LA is 30 minutes' drive away depending on the traffic. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes, walk away and is very clean. Literally, the only criticism I can give is that the towels are small but that's it! Thank you for a wonderful stay, seahorse Inn.
