Seahorse Bar & Grill - Seafood restaurant in Surfside Beach - 310 Ocean Dr, USA

The restaurant was good. The location is amazing! Service was decent she was polite and helpful even when we were annoying at times. If I ever go back to surfside, I would go back here!

Was great getting to sit above the beach and eat on patio with friends and family including the family dogs . Food was great will definitely be back when at Surfside. Weather was bit nasty about half way through meal . It would have been nice to not have to try to find dry place to finish eating but with the hot dry summer it was welcome and was actually really good feeling. Wish we hadn't been rushed by the storm that blew in but it's life . Staff was really nice and had Water bowl for each of the three dogs before they had drinks on table for us it was great experience for the family . Grilled Shrimp was great . Shrimp tacos were even better. I highly recommend going for people that take their dog on vacation with them that want good meal with a view only nature could create.

Great atmosphere and views of the beach. Took a little while to get seated with the hostess but once we had a table the waitress was super. Boudain balls were incredible. The Mahi was a little over cooked. Drinks were ok. I certainly recommend this place, just don’t set your standards too high. Also…please do something with the railing or go to high top tables. Sitting along the beach but not able to see the beach really sucks.

Absolutely loved this place. Everything was perfect, and the view of the ocean from the deck just completed it. Service was on point, and the food was hot and had lots of flavor.

The food was great and they give generous portions! We loved the atmosphere and our waitress! Our waitress Leslie was fantastic and very attentive. We had a mini day trip and stopped here before heading home. I recommend giving them a try while in the area.

We were seating and have to be asking for our server. Around 15 min later somebody come and take our order. 10 min later they come to tell me they dont have what I order, I order a hambuerguer instead thinking it would make it fast and easy. 15 min more and we were just walking around and I see this family that arrive after us already eating! I lost it and ask what happn with our food. server proceed to go inside and inmediatley come out with our food. almost 40 min later and things were incorrect! Service didn't improve after that. I feel bad because the food was amazing

My Husband has to go up and get me a refill. The chicken has no taste. And it smelled like old shrimp.The food did look good and the bacon my my chicken was not paper thin.Will not be eating there again. Way to much for bland food and tasteless.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Seahorse Bar and Grill in Surfside Beach, Texas. We enjoyed a delicious meal consisting of fried calamari, fried flounder, and a juicy burger with blue cheese. Our 15-month-old daughter couldn't get enough of the crispy fries and the calamari - she was delighted! My wife loved the fried flounder, and she said it was one of the best she's ever had. Our waiter, Freddy, was outstanding. He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. We truly appreciated his excellent service. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and was decorated beautifully. It was the perfect place for a fun, casual night out with the family. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the Seahorse Bar and Grill and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to the staff and Freddy for making our night memorable!
