Seahaven Beach Hotel - Hotel in Panama City Beach - 15285 Front Beach Rd, USA

Just stayed this past weekend. The pictures online are definitely old or totally edited!!! Yes the proce is good but be ready. This placed is really dated and poorly updated. It's the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. Location is great and staff was really nice, helpful, and speedy. Even allowed us to check in early! But be prepared, I never went barefoot the entire time. I kept my shoes on even in the shower. Can't sit on the balcony because the heat from the unit burns you up. The lamp only flickered.... never stayed on. It took the toilet at least 5 minutes to go down. Water standing near the pool was disgusting and across the walk. The sofa looked like it had already been to the dump and back. Parking was a nightmare. I, I'll stop! Warning!!!

Other than the incredible staff that gave us a full refund within hours of checking in, this place is one I would steer clear of at all cost. The room was not at all as advertised and was one we physically could not stand to stay in any longer. The flooring looked like someone had dragged heavy furniture across it, ripping it up in pieces, making it very gross to walk on. The doors would completely shut. The bathroom was poorly lit and not clean at all. Please invest your hard earned money into another property!

Not worth it, rooms are beat up & rust everywhere. You have to pay $6 for a bag of ice, parking is limited and you have to park across the street when the main parking lot is full…. I understand it’s beach front but for what they charge you would think they would make the rooms a little bit more comfortable…

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! We got in our room and was instantly disappointed with the gross black sticky floors, dirty walls, doors, tub, etc. There were stains on the bedding & holes in comforter. We also were hit instantly with the smell of marijuana which was awful everywhere around the hotel the ENTIRE time. We left to go out and once we came back we were welcomed with roaches everywhere inside our room. We decided we weren’t comfortable sleeping here. Staff said we can have refund for the rest of the time and let us stay on the very top floor for that night. Although, we never saw roaches on the 6th floor. The toilet would constantly run at random times, the sink leaked and soaked the entire floor so bad and we were hit with a musty moldy smell while in there. I looked and mold had filled the air vents. It also had lots of signs of water damage all in the room.

This place is a dump I wouldn’t stay there again the beds where not stable felt like you was going to break it just sitting on it was not clean didn’t get offered housekeeping at all a/c worked poorly. The smell of marijuana was everywhere I don’t see how they get away with it being so outdated. The pool was nice and being on the beach was good. Feel like that put all there money in the pool.

Beware of a scam. This hotel looks absolutely NOTHING like the portray on ads. No kitchen in the rooms everything is crammed into each other and the furniture and everything in the rooms are very badly stained and rusty. The balcony is barely bigger than a full sized mattress just a little longer. The staff is non existent and can’t explain to you why the advertisements lied. They just kept apologizing saying it’s not their fault and this is the best they have. AND you have to pay for ice $6+ .And to top it off as soon as we cut the lights off roaches came from EVERY. Weren’t even scared of us. To much money was paid for this trash hotel. Wish I didn’t have to give any stars.

Honestly one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. We were able to check in early which we greatly appreciate , but the room was horrible. Floors were dirty, the shower curtain wasn’t long enough and everytime we tried to shower the floor would get soaked. They only provided two small towels. Bathroom vanity was falling apart, staining all over the bed. The tv in the seccond room did not work. The curtains for the patio doors were all ripped and kept getting stuck. The ceiling was caving in and my kids were scared to even walk near that part thinking it was going to fall on them. Walls and floors alll dirty and lots of water damage it seemed on the floor. Great location but hard to get in and out of the parking lot due to traffic.

We checked in this week and honestly we just threw our stuff down because our kids were excited to get to the beach. When we came back and saw how NASTY everything was we were upset and didn’t know what to do. Not to mention our toilet did not even flush… The pool was green and closed for an unknown amount of time… the neighbors were smoking weed and since it was a room with an adjoining door our room also smelled of weed. 🤢 There was also no way of locking the adjoining door, so it was not secure at all. We didn’t want our children sleeping in this nasty of a place. I took pictures and went to the office. The staff was very nonchalant about it like this was common. I asked her if we were to check out immediately could we have a refund. The manager on duty got involved and assured us that we would get a full refund if we checked out right then since we had only been there like 3 hours checked in. Refund was processed and she said it could take up to 2 weeks, but we will see if it actually comes through. I wish we could give a NEGATIVE star review because we then were out money and still had to find somewhere else to sleep.
