Worst external drive ever!! I bought a 2TB drive to back up my desktop. Because they use a software program called Toolkit, the computer cannot access the external drive to back up unless you log into Toolkit each time and grant permission, so backups don't happen automatically. When my computer crashed and I had to reformat, the Seagate drive was and continues to be useless to reinstall and to access files. I had to reinstall using my laptop. I called tech support, waited on hold for 30 minutes only to have the technician hang up on me after putting me on hold again because she probably wasn't able to help me. She never called back. The service at Seagate is horrible. Don't waste your money buying one of these drives. You will lose data -- the same as if you never bought an external drive for backups. Go with another company, you'll be much happier.

Nice View and good environment to work. On Apr 20 2015, the snow are still there in the nearby high mountains.

Pretty decent place to work. Watch out for layoffs!
