My mother went in for training/test at a position here recently and was accused of cheating on the test without any concrete proof and sent home. Their reasoning was that she could not have possibly performed that well on the exam on her own merit. This was both highly unprofessional and discriminatory. They had no reason to believe she could not do well on the test, but because of her visible identity as a Black Muslim woman, her skills were unjustly undervalued.
